“I didn’t get the name of the call handler today but he was so reassuring and helpful. I needed assistance twice and by the second time I was really worried and he sorted everything so I could get home safely. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service I received from the phone call to the guys who came out to restart my car both times. Thank you so much! Andrea West.”

“Quick to answer call and very kind and helpful operator on the phone. Recovery vehicle arrived within the estimated time and the Recovery mechanic was very helpful and friendly and got us all home safely and quickly. Thank u”

“The caller(jv3) was brilliant to deal with my problem. The breakdown service arrived in 35 mins and fixed the problem on the spot. And I was told what to do next not to have the same problem by the mechanic. Overall, I am very happy with the service.”

“Within minutes of me calling with my breakdown I had with my car I had the breakdown department on the phone and a person called Connah helping me with my problem to call out a breakdown truck and a fitter coming to assist me.A mechanic called Sean called firstly to assist and got my car going within minutes he then called the breakdown truck to cancel it. Such first class service witnin 90 minutes of me calling I was back on the road again.(Well done )”

“System seems to work. Callout was on time and we were quickly on our way, although I didn't know about the £20 call out charge. Turned out that the battery was on its last legs and the booster charger worked its magic.”

“Was helped by Stuart, who was so very helpful. I couldn't get home from Lincoln to Surrey due to car breaking down. He was able to offer several options and found a recovery agent who could also repair the car.”
