“After a little bit anxious about my car battery being completely flat and my friend not being able to keep it charged while I was abroad, I was reassured by Leanne at customer services that someone would come out. Mark the call out mechanic recovery was with me within the hour as it said he would be and, got his charger on my battery and, hey presto she fired up. Really friendly chap and gave me good advice as to how keep it charging for a while. Even though I had to pay £20 for the mechanic call out, it was definitely worth it as I didn't have the home recovery option. I took my car for a long drive and now she's purring soundly again. Thanks Mark and One Call Rescue for such efficiency and promptness!”

“extremely happy, because it is easy to get in touch with a living breathing person. Service is swift and resolves issue, ie approach is solution focused. What was also nice, was that Chris arrived, and actually managed to jumpstart my car, so I could drive it to the chosen garage. Chris was also so kind as to escort me on the way in case I encountered any problems. Ever so grateful.”
