“Not happy I couldn’t speak to someone and got sent a link . That I couldn’t log on to as no internet . It took the recovery 4 hours to get to me . I thought a lady on their own got priority. I called 4 times to b e told the recovery was on its way . My last call I was told I had cancelled . Plus you took £55 off me to come out said it was a call out charge . You did say I would get a refund . Hopefully I do . I’ll not recommend you at all”

“It was the first time I had use my gold breakdown service. I was really impressed just phone the number and within 20 minutes someone was at my house and sorted out my car. Very impressed with the service.”

“So the first experience was good where I could talk to someone. Then I was sent a link which didn’t work and I couldn’t log in. Luckily I wasn’t on the side of the road as I was extremely distressed when my steering went. I did manage to get to work. I eventually logged on to my computer and then spoke to someone who updated more stuff. I am a teacher and all of this was so difficult to sort out as I had lessons. All of this takes time!! The best experience was the guy who came to collect the car and take it to the garage. He was efficient and knowledgeable.”

“Driver turned up quickly (if anything before the ETA) and was able to solve the problem by removing the under tray which is been unable to do. Very efficient and friendly”

“Recovery has to be booked and £20 call-out fee paid for online before anyone will come out to you. Not great when you break down in an area with very poor phone signal like I did. Spoke to OneCall on the phone who just said go online. I will be buying AA/RAC cover from now on.”
