“The breakdown recovery guy, Marc turned up within about 20 minutes, even though the ETA was 2 hours. Started the car no problem (issue with the battery). Two small complaints, the number took me to a Claims Line so wasn't certain it was the right number for recovery - no option to select that when the call was answered and then we had to report the breakdown online, which wasn't very easy on the phone when it was getting dark.”

“Had trouble booking breakdown call online, called instead. TP3 Very helpful and understanding. Prompt with call out, which arrived earlier than expected. Problem resolved. Very happy!!”

“My car didn’t start. I applied online for recovery. They messaged and informed in time to time and you can track recovery vehicle online. Very friendly and suggested me to change battery. Which I have done it already. All sorted.”

“The breakdown service arrived in 30 mins of reporting it and David was probably the best guy I’ve ever experienced!! He was amazing. Not just extremely knowledgeable about diesel engines but he knew this issue, and got my car going, within minutes of lifting the bonnet!! And he was such a lovely guy. Not your usual breakdown guy. Cannot fault the service received yesterday (01/10/24) and if I ever breakdown again I hope it’s this gentleman that comes out to me. Just EXCELLENT SERVICE all round. Thank you 😊 x”
