“Very impressed with the service I received last night I had a flat tyre, in the dark, never had to call recovery before, but guy rang me letting me know he was on his way not long after my request, then turned up, very helpful and friendly.”

“Mechanic arrived about 30 mins after reporting breakdown . He was efficient we mannered and knowledgeable tried various thing and eventually got me mobile again . First class service can thank him enough”

“As soon as I put in a request for assistance,I was called shortly afterwards by LC1.Very friendly and helpful.Gave my car a battery boost and made sure I was okay.Gave me confidence to use the car on a trip to boost the battery.It was terrible weather and wasn't fazed.Have used my car today and no issues.Thank you LC1.Can now go and visit family for Christmas after 4+years.”

“Broke down late on a Sunday evening in London — many miles from home. Recovery vehicle arrived promptly, loaded car onto transporter, and took me back to Midlands (3hrs). Driver took all the hassle out of a very bad situation and was extremely helpful throughout the whole unfortunate experience. Can’t speak too highly of the service from One-Call Insurance.”
