“I had a problem with my car starting which was dealt with very swiftly, the mechanic Beau was very efficient and arrived within 45 minutes and talked me through everything,excellent service and advice.”

“The fact I had to pay over one hundred pounds to book the assustance b4 you would even log the breakdown is a disgrace, I’m covered for roadside assistance and should not have to pay! The assistance was quick and the third party company was very good but I need a refund for the recovery home I didn’t need and I can’t get through to anybody for help with this !”

“Had a puncture so I clicked on breakdown and filled the form in. Within 2 minutes I received a call back and 90 minutes later a recovery truck had pulled up . Very impressed .”

“A flat tyre just after I pulled out around the corner. One Call sent a recovery who discovered a nail in a very new tyre. Swopped over my temp wheel and I was able to drive to tyre shop The cost was not good £20 call out but + £35 for anything wheel related. I will look in to a different insurance that properly covers breakdown and flat tyres as feel too high a cost for a short fix.”

“Could not have been quicker, being an OAP I was really pleased with prompt service and not having to wait around in the cold.Telephone service was excellent ( but not everybody has a Smartphone) might be an idea to ask? Only letdown was the actual driver who must have been having an off day....did nothing but moan from beginning to end of call out.”

“on 16th February while towing my caravan along the M5 I had a puncture in one of my caravan tyres at 11.30 am. I pulled over on to the hard shoulder and phoned One Call to be told if I was in a dangerous position I should ring 101. I rang 101 and after 90 minutes I got through and explained the situation. After waiting for over 1 hour I rang 101 again and said I was in a desperate situation. I then got a call back from the police saying it was my insurance company who should be dealing with it. It is now coming up to 5pm. I rang One Call again and the person who handled the situation this time was very good, I think her name was Leanne, she kept us in touch with what was happening. Around 9pm (10 hours from when we broke down) we were finally taken off the M5 and the driver handled the situation very well. Our major problem was created when our first call to One Call was not handled properly. Once we got things moving it was handled ok.”
