“Waited over alloted time and turns out no recovery vehicles in the area and would have to wait an additional 2 hours, rescue folk were very polite on phone and situation out of their control due to several breakdowns in the area. However as a 63 year old on her own, dark and very cold not ideal. Ended up having to phone a relative to come get me and left car. Also had to pay £20 for the privilege of not getting a service.”

“I struggle to think how the service provided could be any better. The driver arrived before the stated arrival time and kept me updated on his journey to me. My problem was diagnosed immediately and my car was restarted. The driver then noticed my engine fault light was on and plugged in his diagnostic computer to tell me about another issue with my car. Excellent service.”

“Ok rescue company was brilliant arrived earlier than time given my mid rating is due to being held to ransom to pay excess there and then otherwise I wouldn't be rescued I didn't have any bank cards on me and would of gladly paid once at my home address surely the main priority was to get me off the motorway obviously your fee was more important than my safety”

“Once I rang the service was efficient and I was informed how long it would take for a breakdown van to come to me. I was able to track the time given and how far he was away. The breakdown service arrived quicker than expected. The service and advice was good.”

“The rescue truck arrived half an hour earlier than estimated. The driver loaded the car very quickly while I sat having a cuppa. Drove my car to my garage, and then was kind enough to drop me back at my home. BM5 What kind and courteous throughout.”

“Waited 5 hours, lost a days work to be told a car with my high mileage is prone to problems, jump started in 2 mins and told see a auto electrician, nothing else can be done, so I’m now sitting with car that won’t start again, back to square one.”
