“Excellent ! The lady who took my call processed my claim very quickly & I received a text confirming eta of about 2 hours. Andy the driver then phoned me & said he would be with me in 90 minutes. The speed of the response was VERY impressive! Andy arrived, loaded my car & took it to the garage I requested. I found the whole service to be AWESOME !!!!”

“Initial response was ok wasn’t expecting to be logging into a questionnaire and be handed over from that to a vague text message with an eta of just under an hour to wait, which came and went with no updates after a further 15 mins wait I called again to be told the breakdown guy was going to be a further 22 mins away - which turned out to be a a further 56 mins so all told a wait in the cold of 2 hours and 13 mins so no not impressed with your system procedures or customer service- -will I be renewing next year hell no”

“Polite and helpful call handler. However I couldn't log into my account from the text message! Called again and explained the problem, and luckily it was handled for me. The recovery driver arrived within the eta. It is easier to do it all via phone, especially when stuck on the hard shoulder, so not impressed with being expected to log in etc., hence 4* not 5.”

“The advisor on the phone who organised was fabulous and kept in touch with me until the breakdown lorry arrived. The driver of the lorry was also fabulous. they both made a very traumatic event a little easier”

“My insurance company sent this recovery team to have my car transported to bodyshop, they have very good system as you can track the driver's location and you got an ETA so you wont be stuck at home all day wondering when the truck is coming. The driver was very polite and took very good care loading my car on to truck and then informed me which bodyshop it was heading to. Overall the experience was very good. Keep up the good work and Thank you .”

“I’m happy with both the people who answered the phone. I was very stressed and they were calm and helpful. The last time my car broke down, the pick up man was very good and took me to a garage that I was happy with, not just the nearest one Thank you 🙏 😊👍”
