Bought a device that stated would be supported for 2 years in android versions and 3 years in security updates. Every update has either been delayed, buggy or pushed back, in the time I've owned the device they've cut software updates in half, and still couldn't keep to that schedule. The company themselves never comment on the issue. There community and communication is by all means absolutely non existent and the community app is more closely monitored like the Korean Intranet. Anything negative about the company is swifty removed. Device itself always had issue since day one and trying to get helps is like pissing in the wind on my 2nd one and still same issue as it wad a manufacturer issue and cost saving effort by the company. Will never put a single penny in this company's pocket again. Overall not even worth the 1 out of 5 stars.

Thought I'd buy some One Plus Buds, bad idea. The company does nothing to ensure that your package is delivered, the courier decided not to deliver my package (I work from home), so I am always available to receive packages. I tried contacting the courier, and they just feigned ignorance. When I contacted Oneplus, as far as they were concerned, it was no longer their problem. I asked if they could use a different courier, they said no. I requested a refund, and they told me I could get a refund when I return the package that was NEVER delivered. I do not recommend trusting Oneplus with your hard earned money, as there is no real way to ensure that you will actually receive what you pay for.

AWFUL... TRULY AWFUL... Ordered a pair of headphones, 4 weeks still nothing... Chatted to online staff, no answers, just its on the way... Another week goes by, nothing!! Back onto online staff, they cant help, cant pass me to a manager... then after 2 hours, yes two hours of chatting to online staff... I get put onto a manager... who apologies and offers me 10 dollars as compensation for long delays.... LOLOL as if I'd shop in One Plus again... so 10000 dollars be no good to me... especially when they cant even get a paid of headphones delivered!!! Truly shocking and awful service No legal department!! No complaints department!! Refund demanded then, another 7 days wait... Avoid one plus... poor poor comapnt.... poor customer service Never shopping at One Plus again!!! Stay away everyone!!!

Everything was fine until I had the silliest problem and needed customer support. I chose to email them. You can only email them through their website. They will reply to you, but no matter how complete your request, they will ask you confirmation of the facts in brocken English. It's not like a conversation where you might want to check again... if they're not sure, all they have to do is read the initial email again! The issue is that when you reply, they won't read/receive your email and they will close the case automatically after a couple of weeks of waiting. Then you have to open another case, where they won't know anything about anything prior. I've had an exchange of 89 emails just over basic communication and my case is still not resolved. I needed a silly screen protector and the first time they sent me a single screen protectors in an envelope with absolutely nothing else included. It looked like a joke... How am I supposed to apply it to my phone? I compared this to the many screen protectors available on Amazon, which come with everything you need and more. By the way, the screen protector they sent me, was marked with permanent printed text and a yellow line across it. So I contacted them again and after tens of email exchanges, they sent me exactly there same thing again. So not looking forward to another tennis round of emails, I tried to call them. What a mistake! I have never encountered such unprofessional customer service... no manners, no training, no nothing! This guy with a strong Indian accents, had absolutely no clue about customer service. He might as well have been a cleaner in that office! I asked him to speak with his manager and after holding for a few minutes, he told me that the manager was not available to speak to me. He said that he was going to arrange a callback, but obviously nobody ever called me back. I'm tired of dealing with people who do not understand basic English and who clearly couldn't care less. My case remains unresolved and I cannot even begin to imagine what it would be like to have to send my phone in for a repair. This experience placed a definite mark on my future phone choice. Nowadays an electronic device without support is like a car without fuel... useless!

Horrible experience! Order of Oneplus 8T placed on 15th of October and has not shipped until now. When I contacted Oneplus they said "order will ship soon just wait" and it cannot be cancelled because they have no cancellation policy! I own the Oneplus 6 and the phone itself is decent but this is simply crazy! How you do not have a cancellation policy!!! I lost my money and these scammers won't ship the phone or refund the amount. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY.

Avoid this company. Their return policy is outrageous. I've sent it back phone over a month ago, and until today I have not received a refund. The Customer Service is a joke, each time making up different stories. I've planed to upgrade for a more expensive device, but now it is clear to stay away from this company. Unfortunately, I have to take them to the Obmusment.

These Phones are Garbage , the company is horrible to deal with. This thing is terrible to use. I had to have my wife try to use this phone and she was I can't get this thing to work. I said yeah it is a POS. I saw the new ad something to the effect expect more, That's a joke , not water proof rated, no remote charging, randomly changing ring tones. This phone is no fun to use. This company should go out of business to save everyone from their product and shitty customer service, They act like you should be happy with their products short comings.

Terrible company with terrible phones. I have a One Plus 8 Pro, and what a bag of poo !! Unboxed phone to find 3 defects to the body of the phone obviously done during manufacturing. Phone is full of bugs. The phone actually tried to call someone without me touching it. I was using the internet and placed the phone down on a table. Whilst looking at the screen it proceeded to call someone on my behalf ???? And sometimes whilst trying to open an app, it will ignore my input and open something else completely different. Where the is the quality control for this company ????? I was offered no help at all after calling the manufacturer. I then called my service provider who offered me a replacement which I am still waiting for a month later due to low stocks of the handset. What a joke. Can't wait to swap back to Huawei.

The worst technical service, they booked me remote session i cancelled everything i had to do and never gave solution to my problem that many costumers had the same problem

The phone was grea until it malfunctioned. I’ve been waiting for almost two months for it to be repaired. This is unacceptable! You’ll enjoy the phone until something goes wrong, then you’re on your own. If you heavily rely on your phone then avoid this brand.

After 4 months of dealing with customer service and near 50 emails and 20 phone calls and having my phone sent in three times and $36 more than the original quote, I got an email that my phone is fixed and on its way back to me.. I haven't yet seen it or tested it. Hope it is finally working as it should. The worst kind of customer service with the exception that everyone is super polite and apologizes a million times during a complaint, there never us a resolution.. all talk and no resolutions.. Regret buying three oneplus phones in my family but this is the last of it. Would never buy or recommend OnePlus to anyone ever. Great phone but God forbid if ever need service, you are officially screwed.. A simple Android update notification popped up and the phone was set to update and it never booted up again.. stuck on T-Mobile screen. Despite it being out of warranty, this is not a damage that was caused by me. It simply couldn't take the Android update.. pathetic.. and It cost me all the agony and almost $200. I would like to recognize a couple of reps that made an effort to help (Ryan cloke who sent me a headset as an apology that i didn't care for and Olivia White) but I think they couldn't provide any positive resolution ever because there is no coordination between service overseas and repair department in U.S... Still waiting on the fixed phone to arrive. This experience will be shared on social media, TMobile s Service request numbers / rma’s for one issue.. Their customer service is awful. In the process of getting a warranty replacement for my Bullets Wireless 2 they offered to give me the Bullets wireless Z as a replacement. The wireless z cost half the price, and have inferior audio quality and codec support. After I complained, they offered an additional $20 voucher which will do me no good as I never plan on purchasing another device from them.

OnePlus customer service is terrible. I purchased 6 phones from them since the start and didn't have to it use their customer service before until now as all the cables they provided malfunctioned and I could not charged my phones. There was no visible damage to the cables but they wanted me make a 30 second video made of the cables. They act like they are a quality brand but there cables are not. I spent a good amount of money with them and they are so cheap they can't even a provide a replacement cable to charge your device. 7 cables purchased and every one malfunctioned that's not a coincidence. WARNING do not purchase from OnePlus!!! Premium price but substandard equipment

Absolute Disgrace. AVOID!! Have been a promoter of OnePlus since I purchased my phone in 2016, but after the past 2 weeks, it shows the care they have for their loyal customers. My OnePlus 3, which I purchased 3 years ago had a battery drain issue after installing recent software update (Sounds familiar with other tech companies... Apple being caught draining older model phones) I sent to replace, but after paying for a new battery and labour the phone was returned with the same fault. I contacted support and they apologized and said if I was to return the phone and they found another issue then it would be replaced with a new model. Upon sending again. I have now received a new quotation for my motherboard and am now being told I need to pay this. Not even an apology for not investigating the original fault, or offering a refund on the battery replacment, which wasted all of our time and money. The way I have been treated by OnePlus over the past 2 weeks is the worst experience I have ever had and I only hope they can turn this around. If the review is still live by the end of July then please use this as a warning that entering into any transaction with OnePlus will leave you disappointed and disheartened by how companies can treat their customer base in this way.

WORST AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR THEN I WILL. I AM VERY LOYAL AND A BIG FAN OF ONEPLUS, ALSO USING ONEPLUS DEVICE SINCE LAST MANY YEARS AND STILL LOVE IT BUT NOW I AM FEELING FRUSTRATED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ONE RESPONDING THE CALL, AUTOMATICALLY HANG UP 3 TIMES AFTER 8 MINUTES WAIT EACH TIME.

RMA Number: 17144890000918. For over 2 weeks OnePlus has had my returned items. The status of my ticket has been 'waiting for inspection'. What the heck? There are Items that I never even opened. I've reached out to support several times and all they say is that they have 'endorsed my ticket to a specialist'. What the heck does that mean? The last time my ticket was 'endorsed to a specialist' was 9 days ago! That's not good customer service or support - that's "Passing The Buck". That's saying "I don't matter!" Don't claim to be support and then do nothing to help. I've lost all confidence in OnePlus. Bad support = bad company. No-one will help.
