“I ordered some vitamins from here because I wanted them to take on holiday. Website stated a one to two day delivery. Three days later they had not arrived, with no message of explanation. On my return 10 days later there was no message and no pills had arrived. I emailed and they were then dispatched immediately but why did I need to remind them? This would make me nervous about using this fir again, especially if in a hurry, although they did put things right immediately I wrote to them.”
“What a breath of fresh air after the frustration of the stupid and unnecessary, legal department driven snowflake policies of high-street pharmacy. Restricted tiny quantities at high prices and all sorts of silly hoops to be jumped through, all to buy low dose aspirin, as I have for almost fifty years. Daft policies that prevents no harm, are easily overcome by any determined suicidal person (aren’t they all determined?) but just make it more difficult for customers.

“Item was substiited which I had not seen was possibloe . When readiing about retruning items it mentioned they would refuse a refund if itmems not in saleable comndition ,as the tubes or cream were battered on arrival I felt it unwise to return them .sadly the item that ws substiuted was of no use to myself .I had specifically searched on line for the cream i needed which is more exnesive than the substituted item”
