“These guys were great. First off a live body was there to answer my phone call. I needed a new battery installed in my car at my home. They got me scheduled right away. My service technican was Andre and he was curitious and communicative and did a thurough check to verify I actually needed a replacement. He was efficient with his time and had me back up and running promptly. I'll be using these people again.”

“Went in for a diagnosis. Was told I had bad wheel bearings. Quoted a ridiculously high price (around$1700) to replace. Questioned if they were using a particular quality roller bearing and they said that would be an addition charge ( a couple of hundred dollars more) Took vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion and was told my problem was a worn “rubber isolating” mount. Replaced for $50. 10,000 miles later and all I well.”

Hello Dennis. We're very surprised by your review and would like to address your comments. According to our records, the appointment you referenced in your review was nearly 2.5 years ago and you didn't come in for a diagnosis, but rather a brake inspection. We quoted your concern on your invoice: "the brakes are noisy, and it feels like it is binding on the left rear." Multiple team members inspected your brakes and could not find any noise related to the brakes and did not experience the binding you described. What we did find by listening with a stethoscope, was a left rear wheel bearing that was making noise. This is why we quoted you to replace that left rear hub and wheel bearing (our quote was for $650, not $1700 as you said). We also quoted you for rear brake rotors ($69.99 each) as we did see rust and pitting of the rotors. We informed you that the brake rotors were not a safety concern at the time, however they could potentially cause brake noise (even though we could not find any brake noise). Despite the fact that you have put another 10,000 without incident, we stand by our diagnosis. You were given the full inspection report with photos, and if our memory serves correct, we also showed you these items in person. We still have your inspection report and invoice and you were not charged anything for the inspection. We wish you the best.

“Been going to the QC location for years. Won’t trust my vehicles to anywhere else. You will not find a more friendly and quality of service shop. These guys are top-notch and honest. Pricing is extremely fair. And their best asset by far is their assistant manager Chase. Dealt with him many times; every business should strive to hire dedicated and straightforward employees like him and the crew there. Huge ambassador for the company.”
