“Friendly, polite, and very thoughtful besides proficient. They went through the entire car taking pictures which showed the good, bad, and the ugly. I left realizing that my 26 year old Camry required some work in order to bring it back to a totally new and efficient automobile once again. Awesome!”

“These guys are great! As always outstanding personal customer service with a smile and professionalism. I brought my Z350 in for a laundry list of items to be repaired and have the car completed before the end of the day was a must for me. They understand my request and had all parts available for the scheduled date ahead of time and was able to have my vehicle completed hours before the close of business OOROO Queen Creek went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was completed on time and with respect to my wallet. Thank you guys for your outstanding personal customer service.”

“Had some warranty work done, which is a first time i had to do it,but went smoothly, they fixed the issue and spent the time to see what was causing it to make sure it was not going to happene agai, Did it a timely manner and explanied wjat they did. As usual top notch service and will continue to se and reccomend OOROO auto”

“I spoke with Eddie on the phone to get a quote for my battery. Few days later called back and spoke with John to make the appointment to bring my car in. Both gentlemen were very helpful and I got in right away. The service was outstanding and they even brought me home while my car was being worked on. Rodney, was a hoot. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future for any repairs. Thank you guys for being exceptional.”

“I have worked with OOROO in Green Valley for several years, and each time had a great experience with their commuication, price, and the quality of the service or repair. As a woman with very little knowledge of cars, I feel strongly that I can trust their assessment of my car's needs and their charges. A day ago, three issues were found with hefty pricetags for repair. Eddy went over each repair in detail, why it was necessary ( with photos to go over all along the way), and a timeline (what to do now, what could wait, and for how long). Two issues, brake and tire replacement, both of which I was expecting, turned out not to be necessary. We worked out a schedule for parts ordering and service that was easy for me to accommodate. How could one ask for anything more from a repair shop? So grateful, and I'm passing along my highest endorsement. How lucky we are to have a business and professionals of this caliber in our community!”

“Only an oil change and checkup but performed with courtesy and professionalism and completion was right on time. I'm not a fan of Valvoline but with regular changes it's ok.”

“The whole process was easy and professional. Chase and Mike are very personable, efficient, and professional. I arrived a little after 8 and had my keys before 10. I will be using OOROO for all my auto needs moving forward. They also offer a mobile services. Prices are fair and I received a text showing me the breakdown of all the charges. Definitely over and above service.”
