“I’d give it a 5 plus except that we were a bit disappointed that after a nearly $2,000 repair job and three weeks duration, the car was returned filthy. It would have been a nice touch to have run the car through a car wash before we picked it up.”

“Perfect as always. Had a check engine light on the Goombah, took it in, they went over that beast with a fine tooth comb. Turns out, it was easily fixable and covered. Old Silver is 325k miles and counting, they have almost always serviced it, it wont quit, and the Goombah is 108k and works perfectly again even though parts are getting impossible to find. This shop keeps my cars on the road. Always reasonable, always a great experience”

“Had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as to have a light checked that came on and when my car started missing. All issues were taken are of in a short time and I was back on the road smoothly. Thanks to all of the technicians and courtesy driver Rodney who took me home and picked me up when my car was done. Great service!!”

“Previously I wrote a review about my first experience with Ooroo when we moved here from Florida in 2021. As we were nearing Tuscon the car developed a noise underneath. Knowing no car repair places and very few people here, I went to the dealer, having had good experiences at the dealer in Colorado Springs where we bought the car and at a dealer in Jacksonville FL where we moved from COS. Dealers are different! It's a long way down there and the experience quickly turned into a fiasco. Need to replace the oil pan ($100+++) without really looking to see what the problem was ?!?! Terrible customer transport service. Couldn't coordinate. Delays on doing the work, etc. Finally called to see if I could get just my car back and start over ANYWHERE ELSE !! On the way home coming up Oracle I happened to notice Ooroo and figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. I needed to use my car immediately - without the noise. The gentleman at the front desk called a young man from the back to take a look. Just a few minutes and he returned – problem fixed !! “What did you do?” “Tightened a couple nuts.” No charge and no noise since, just continuing outstanding service. And the great car care program!! (I hate changing wiper blades!) Would not even consider going anywhere else! Since 2021! So yesterday returning from Mesa airport, another noise underneath. Loose, flapping plastic part. Duct tape – twice. Home and immediately to Ooroo! Ooroo Chapter 2! Young man (I'm 81 so you're all young) looked underneath. Replaced broken nut! Good to go!!! Ooroo is the best also with regular service and maintenance!!”

“Great experience with Ooroo. Chase was a huge help from the start and worked with us to find a solution for our money pit Jeep that wouldn’t pass emissions. Great communication from all involved at Ooroo and they didn’t try to upsell anything.”
