“I have NEVER been happier with an auto service company! So far I have been not been treated like a dizzy girl. Come on ladies, you know what I mean. We know we don't need blinker fluid, okay?! Lol. Ooroo is more affordable than the drive ot auto shop. They always call, before completing any work on the vehicle. They show me what's wrong and explain why it needs to replaced or how long I can go before getting it fixed. The customer service is great! I just can't say enough nice things about Ooroo! I refer whomever I can, whenever I can.”

“Able to service car within 2 days of calling them. The problem was the AC blower and with triple-digit heat a very much-needed feature in my car. Shuttle service provided to allow me to go home and not have to sit there all day. Service completed same day, kept up to date as problem was diagnosed and fixed. Will certainly be back for future service needs.”

“George came to the house today for routine servicing. He arrived when he said he would, got right to work with the car, and finished in good time. I appreciate his catching two very dirty filters that needed changing. George is personable and represents OOROO very well.”

“The morning began with a dead battery. I called Ooroo and was given the number of the mobile unit. Everyone was friendly and kind. I was told that someone could be there as early as 11 or as late as 2:00. George Rude arrived around 11:00. He was polite, friendly and efficient. In 20 minutes the new battery was in place and I was good to go! This was my first experience with Ooroos mobile unit, and I was very pleased. I am grateful they were available and would call them again in the future.”

“5/5 for Ooroo from the start! From my first call they were helpful and set everything up! As soon as Zach showed up (early which was GREAT!) he explained all of the needs that I had explained on the phone, so I didn’t have to repeat myself, and he assured me he would check EVERYTHING out before doing anything! A previous car shop told me I was in desperate need of brakes, because I was metal to metal… when Zach inspected the vehicle he determined I was lied to and my brakes were completely fine! They told me what I needed and proceeded with what was scheduled! About an hour and 45 min later, I Zach calls me, I walk out to my drive way, pay what is due and all is done! This was perfectly convenient for me since I am packing to move and didn’t have the time to drop off and pick up a car. Highly recommend to Busy moms, working moms, or EVERYONE AND anyone who just needs to save a little time in the day AND HAVE THE CAR SERVICE COME TO YOU! These guys are the best!! 👏🏼”
