“I love Ooroo. Their mobile service is extremely convenient and very affordable. The drop off service is equally wonderful. I've been a customer since 2019 and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are very understanding and will take the time to educate you. They partner with SNAP Payments to provide financing plans that fit all credit and income types. I've used it twice for larger repairs. Their Oro Valley location is clean, with comfortable lounging, wifi, coffee, snacks, and clean restrooms. The repairs I needed have always been efficient and effective. My last service was a mobile oil change and I had accidentally mixed up the apt date and was across town when they came to my office and instead of rescheduling or charging an extra fee the tech, George and Service Rep Frank were kind and patient enough to come all the way to my home and complete my oil change, cabin filter change, carb clean, and installed new windshield wipers. I trust Ooroo and I don't trust many companies.”

“I had a failed, unchargeable battery. One of the bolts did not yield to any of my tools, so I could not even attempt to lift it out - it was probably too heavy for me to lift anyway. As I pondered what to do, I remembered that some car service companies offer home calls. With Google's help, I located OOROO and gave you a call. I was very pleased with the speed of your response and the fast efficient service to the battery problem by George. I anticipate using your company again when other service needs arise.”

“Ooroo mobile got to my house within 2 hours of my call and George did a great job of replacing my dead battery. George also offered to test the battery in my other car -- which I appreciated since it was the same age. By the way -- you need a better name for your company. I simply don't get OOROO”

Thanks for your review Dale––we're so glad you enjoyed using our mobile service! As to our name, it's a made-up word that serves as an homage to our first shop in Oro Valley (take an "o" from each end and you're left with "oro"). We wanted our name to be different than a typical auto shop name and we liken it to other made-up names you're already familiar with, like "Google" and "Yahoo." Hope that helps!

“I drove my car to OOROO for scheduled repair, apparently they did not have the parts. A mobile unit came out to my house when the parts were available and installed the lift for the trunk. A bill was presented which I paid. The lift was paid for at the store and was separate from bill presented by the mobile technition. This was a nightmare! To set up the repair, pay for it (the trunk lifts), sit in their waiting room for over an hour only to be told they didn't have the correct parts. Drive home and wait for the mobile tech. guy then pay another bill.”

We're so sorry for the inconvenience you experienced when you came for your shop appointment and the parts needed for your repair weren't delivered––we should have been more proactive in making sure the parts were there before you showed up for your appointment. Our hope in taking care of you after that by coming to you with our mobile service was to correct the mistake as easily as possible. Our understanding is that you weren't charged for anything when you came to the shop (because we didn't perform any repairs), but that we did charge you when the mobile service was performed. Please reach out to our Oro Valley shop at 520-468-7171 if you see two charges on your card and we'll get it corrected.
