“I work full time from home, for me selling quickly conventionally was not going to work so I turned to opendoor and the process was super smooth and they took care of everything. The offer they gave was ballpark around what I was thinking so I'm very pleased with the sale. I had so much happening around me and selling a house in midst of all of this was not going to be easy but opendoor helped.”

“I chose to go with Opendoor because of the convenience of selling my home without having open houses, and showings. I have a child on the Autism Spectrum who has extreme difficulty with change and wouldn’t be able to handle people going in and out of our home. Working with Opendoor was very easy, fast, and professional. They were very understanding with my situation. I would use them again in the future.”

“I heard about Opendoor through a flyer I received and I'm SO glad that I reached out. I was in a pickle and needed to sell my house that needed quite a bit of TLC quickly and didn't want to go through the hassle of showings or anything else for that matter. Chris was amazing and conducted a facetime walkthrough of my place (no cleaning required), as well as answered all my questions thoroughly. He was always quick to respond via text and was more than helpful throughout the entire process. Opendoor gave me the best offer and was by far the least problematic in comparison to cash offers and other companies I talked to. I'm so grateful to Opendoor for making the process easier than I ever could've imagined!”

“My husband and I were very skeptical about using Opendoor at first. In our mind, selling home can’t be that easy. Never heard of Opendoor in the past and it was our first time selling. We couldn’t bear the thought of going through the traditional process such as open house as it was our first home. Lennar our builder has partnered with Opendoor and knowing that has made us consider in using them. Did all our research and watched videos on customers who used them. However, there are a lot information available everywhere. We had a very tight deadline in selling our home as it was contingent in buying the new one. Overall timing with selling & buying at the same time was very stressful for us but the process itself with Opendoor has made a huge difference. Until now we still cannot believe how easy the overall process was. Their app is a great tool as you know exactly where you are in the process and what they need from you. In roughly one month, we sold and bought our new home. Thank you so much Opendoor for being part of our journey!”

“Open Door made the process of the sale of our home so easy! We were able to pack and move to our new space without the anxiety and hassle of having to show the house and coordinate timing. They led us through the whole process and all the people we came into contact with along the way were great.
