“This was the easiest home sale we had. I love that we did not have to stage the house for showings and deal with buyers who have a contingency out outrageous demands. We did the virtual walkthrough in 20 minutes with our advisor and the next day we got our official offer that was more than the initial quote! Once we packed up everything it only took a few minutes to take pictures of the empty house and place our keys in the provided lockbox. I would highly recommend Opendoor for anyone who looks to sell their house with no hassles or worries.”

“When the thought of selling our house became a conversation between my wife and I, two main things we worried about was how long would it take? Also we really wanted to work around people walking through our house to see if they wanted to buy it or not? My wife heard a commercial for open door on the radio and sent me a text that morning to check it out. I did just to see what our preliminary offer would be and after it was very competitive we went ahead and moved forward with the process. Less than a month and a half after that conversation between my wife and I are completely moved out of our house, we have sold our house, and we could not be happier with the process. We didn’t have to deal with a single walk-through and were able to work on our own timeline and move quickly which was a concern of ours if we did it the traditional way. We were very pleased with the process start to finish and everything almost seemed to be too simple where it seemed like there should be more to this process based on everything we had heard. Thank you to open-door for helping us complete the sale of our home.”

“Opendoor was a lifesaver of an experience. I didn’t know what I was going to do as far as selling my house but I knew I needed to do something. I’m January 2021 I was admitted into the hospital and it turned out I had COVID. I was in the hospital from Ianuary 31st until June 3rd and at one point the doctors had given up on my recovery but with prayers and God’s healing I survived but I lost the ability to walk and living in a 2 story house became a daily chore. Anyway, I was told about Opendoor and I did an inquiry and the process went so smoothly. I am very satisfied.”

“The entire process, from the very beginning to the very end, was so incredibly professional and so incredibly organized. We cannot express enough how happy and impressed we were with our experience. We worked with Anthony King, and he was SO very helpful!! ANY/ALL questions we had along the way, Mr King would get back to us within minutes. The OpenDoor Dashboard, where we were able to identify and keep track of what documents were due and when, was a true blessing! From the Purchase Agreement to the Disclosures to the Digital Checkout Photos, everything was so clearly outlined for us to complete and submit in timely fashion. The delivery of the lockbox was another pleasant surprise. The lockbox (with instructions and code) was delivered via UPS, and shipping/delivery updates were provided via email. Lastly, we were beyond pleased with the title company (OS National) assigned to our transaction. They were proactive and thorough each step of the way. We really can’t express enough how pleasant and organized everything AND everyone was.”

“From the very beginning it seemed too good to be true. Call me a pessimist if you will, but it was just too easy all the way through. I honestly kept expecting to find the catch. There was none. I suppose I am a generation to old and have jaded views of technology. Here is the good news. It worked. It worked well. I really can’t even find one complaint. The only advice I could offer is to actually talk on the phone to those of my generation who still value personal contact and trust. That being said, it was by far the waist how sale I have ever said. 9.95 out of 10.”

“My wife and I were initially skeptical of the very fair offer we received from OpenDoor but are now so glad we accepted their offer. Everything about the experience was exceptional and we could not be happier. Imagine the ability to push your close out for months, not having to deal with Real Estate agents (some who have never seen) entering your home with more unknown faces and closing escrow easier and faster than you could imagine. The hardest part for you (besides clearing the house) will be to reach out to OpenDoor and give them a no obligation quote on your home. You will not be disappointed”

“Our experience with Opendoor was phenomenal. The process was extremely easy, the offer on our house was fair, and they were very responsive in answering questions along the way. Being able to stay in our house for 6 days after closing allowed us to spend Thanksgiving with our family before making our move north. We couldn’t be happier!! “We sold our first home to Opendoor. As second-time homebuyers, we had some things to learn and realized very quickly that the process would be much harder than our first home purchase (when moving out of Mom's house - with no real deadlines). It's as if Opendoor researched and learned all of the pain points of buying and selling a home... then removed them one by one. Was it perfect execution every single minute? Not exactly, but they had helpful staff ready to answer my questions at any moment, and how I liked to connect (sometimes by email, sometimes by text, and sometimes by phone). Also, I bought a new construction home, but with supply chain and manpower issues throughout the industry, I could not get the builder to lock in a move-in date for the longest time - Opendoor had an answer for that too, and offered us an extended flexible close date - and true to their word, when my new builder gave me less than 3 weeks notice, Opendoor and their affiliate network got it done! In the future, I may not always sell my home to Opendoor, but I don't think I would ever sell my home without soliciting an offer from them first.”

“Selling my house with Opendoor worked out great for me. Knowing the price I was going to get enabled me to shop around for my next house. Then, when my new home was delayed by “supply chain” issues, Opendoor allowed me roll my closing date twice so that everything lined up perfectly. All steps in the process from initial offer through checkout were very efficient. I would sell again using Opendoor.”
