“I started preparing my home for sale, and was spending too much money for poor quality work, bit by bit. My daughter in-law explained how Opendoor will buy your home as it is! I called set up a viewing appointment and everything was so easy and great. The total process was very easy and I received a good price with our doing all the work. I highly recommend Opendoor.”

“I was helping my parents sell their house and OPENDOOR process was easy to follow they set up times that work for you. They work with you on the closing dates. And they come to you for closing all of this made it real easy for my parents and they got the money in just a day or two after closing. We are very happy with the process and OPENDOOR”

“We had a great experience with OpenDoor. As a special needs family, the thought of listing our home was daunting. Open Door made it quick and easy to sell our home with zero stress. There was always someone a text message away if we had questions. We were able to close on our new house in time and make a decent down payment from proceeds. “Open door was easy to deal with and fast. It took a week to schedule a consultation and another few days to get someone out. But it took only 1 day for an offer and we closed 2 weeks after that. The price minus fees I got was what I expected. I might have made more the traditional way but it would have taken months for me to fit in the repairs and showings. I loved the flexibility in staying after closing so I didn’t have to move twice. I would 100% do this again”

“We have dogs and both work more than full time. The idea of showing our house with a realtor just would not work. We also, did not want to make a lot of updates to sale. Open door was fair all the way through the process. They worked with us and our builder to close our sale and moved the funds seamlessly. I highly recommend their easy process!”
