“We absolutely loved the process of selling our home to open door! Efficient, fast, seamless, fair, and great customer service! Shoutout to Andre Reeves! She was amazing to work with! We will absolutely use Opendoor again in the future their transparency was truly appreciated we were able to sell our home the last week of summer, and done with the entire process just before our kids started school. Highly recommend this company.”

“I was going through a divorce and needed a quick sell solution to settle the our equity distribution requirements. I contacted Opendoor via the web page and had an offer within 24 hours. I accepted the offer which I thought was extremely fair, as the house needed a few minor repairs that I didn't have the time to do. Most signature requirements were done remotely and the final sign-off with the title company was done by a mobile notary. Everything start to finish was a simple, timely process. Communication from Opendoor was precise and to the point in explaining the process. Thanks Opendoor for making the process as painless as possible so I can move on with the next chapter of my life.”

“Inspections, showings, preparing your house to be a presentation piece… this is what I dreaded during the home selling process. We had gotten too large for our home and needed an upgrade. I was going to have to go through all of those dreaded components. Then i received a mailer from OpenDoor that promised to remove all of those dreadful dealings. I called, did a virtual tour, opened my home for a 20 minute inspection, then received the offer. I accepted and found our dream home thanks to OpenDoor. During the entire process, I was waiting for the proverbial shoe to fall. It never happened. I signed some documents, moved out of our house, took some pictures, and that was it… I couldn’t believe how easy the process was to sell our home. I have recommended OpenDoor to others as an easy way to sell your home without the hassles that normally accompany the process.”

“Easy as 1-2-3! One moment I was researching my home’s value on Zillow, the next I was clicking “get a cash offer now!” and setting up a closing date! I have bought and sold 5 houses in my lifetime and this was the smoothest, easiest sale of all. No showings, no inspection, no staging, no hassle. It was such a great experience, I’ve been telling everyone I know about it!”

“Open Door provided an easy, fast, and fair way to sell my home. I needed to find a buyer quick and Open Door was very quick to reply and meet with me to start the process. The entire process started at 46 days but I requested and earlier close and everyone involved made that happen. They are extremely communicative and my representative Tobias, as a pleasure to work with. They made what is normally a stressful time in selling a home, very easy for me. I appreciate all of their help and would without hesitation recommend their services.”

“Opendoor was fast and easy sell. We filled out info online go preliminary quote on sale, then did virtual walk thru, then someone came look at house in person. They sent us final offer and it was very close to preliminary offer. We accepted, picked closing date 2 weeks later, moved out sent in pictures, then received equity check in mail a day later! Awesome and easy process!!”
