“Very positive experience from initial quote to closing. There were no surprises. Everything was explained well. Very convenient. We closed with Opendoor on the house we were selling, closed the next day on our new home, and moved from one house to the other.”

“Opendoor was great throughout the whole process. They were always available and responsive to all our concerns. Stefan Stobbs was excellent as our representative as was Kellie Mabry from OS National. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in selling our home. “Open door made selling my home such an easy process from the beginning to the end. They answered my questions and provided a clear step by step on the process. “Opendoor Tim Wiel text email OS National Aliza Babigian email They kept us in the loop through the process of selling our condo and putting funds in our account. Everything was done online. Convenient with everything in writing. Be sure to ask lots of ?s regarding HOA fees for paperwork. That was the only surprise.”

“OpenDoor and my contact person Ashley Spallino did amazing in helping to sell my brother’s house to them. They were quick and efficient. They understood our needs and desires and worked hard to achieve them and did it ahead of schedule too.”

“Super easy, great communication and staff. Best way to sell a house. Spoke to one person and they handled every thing. Picked my closing date and sat back and relaxed. If I ever sell again I’ll be using open door!”

“My experience selling to Opendoor was an absolute pleasure. I only met with one inspector at my home for about 20 minutes and received my official offer the next day. It was very fair and the closing took place online. It was so easy to get the offer, even if I had declined it, I feel like I would have not wasted much time at all. I chose my closing date 45 days out, which was a great option to coordinate moving. I didn't even have to contact my HOA or the electric company. Totally professional service. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“Open Door takes care of all repairs and upgrades which made mine and my husband’s life so much easier, we just packed everything up, cleaned and moved and they did the rest. It is a complete nightmare to hire workmen for some reason so we didn’t have to worry about that at all. Turn it over and sale to Open Door and they do all the hard work.”

“I work full time from home, for me selling quickly conventionally was not going to work so I turned to opendoor and the process was super smooth and they took care of everything. The offer they gave was ballpark around what I was thinking so I'm very pleased with the sale. I had so much happening around me and selling a house in midst of all of this was not going to be easy but opendoor helped.”
