“Our frame came damaged (pretty sure it was in transit and not Opposite Wall's fault). I emailed them and they immediately sent out a new frame which arrived 1 week after the broken one. The customer service was best practice and the frame itself is beautiful. I didn't expect it to be matte, or at least I expected it would be shiny, and I don't think that's to any fault of the product description, I just wasn't paying close attention. All that to say, the uniqueness of the dark matte is really beautiful and I am SO SO happy with how everything turned out. Thanks!”
