“On the day of treatment I was feeling a bit nervous ,but Joanna McGraw and all the staff were very kind and friendly put me at ease totally. After the surgery I could not believe how quickly I recovered. I can know carry out several daily tasks without thinking about GLASSES YIPPEE!! Also can see all my garden bird at the end of the garden which is a real bonus. Extremely pleased with the whole experience, have already recommended to several friends. I wish I had done it earlier.”

“IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS SINCE I GOT MY LASER EYE SURGERY AND FEELS LIKE I NEVER WORE GLASSES AND CONTACT LENSES TO BEGIN WITH! I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND OPTICAL EXPRESS TO A FRIEND AND HAVE RECOMMENDED IT ALREADY! THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP DURING THE COURSE OF MY TREATMENT.”

“Generally had no issues, a bit of pain due to the specific procedure that I had, everything that I experienced I was given prior warning of. Staff were always helpful and provide excellent after care. Would suggest the free consultation to anyone thinking about having the procedure done. Definitely improved my quality of life.”

“I will join the general opinion and say 'I should have done it much earlier'. I'm abolutely delighted with the result of my laser eye surgery, and even the procedure itself was very quick and basically pain-free. Apart from a mild discomfort for a few hours after the treatment there were no complications at all. In fact, after the first 4 hours or so I started watching telly and my eyes just got better by the minute. The next morning I could see clearly as if my eyes had always been like that. I would do it again any time and can only recommend it if you're fed up with your glasses!”

“It has changed my life for the better I can now go swimming with being able to actually see which is such a big difference. I now dont have to waste time inserting contacts its so easy getting up in the morning and I can see clearly.”

“Had the surgery originally in June 2011; left eye result was excellent whilst the right eye was a great improvement, but not up to the standard of the left eye. Had repeat surgery in August 2012 on the right eye with fantastic results, possible eclipsing that of the left eye the previous year. Recovery was very comfortable (I experienced discomfort the previous year) and I am delighted with the results.”

“Having a very high prescription I thought for a very long time whether it would be the right thing from me. The only thing I regret is not having done it earlier. I cannot believe I waited that long; laser eye surgery has completely changed my life!”

“Having worn contact lenses for around 10 years, I began to have trouble with eye infections. When i got a scratched cornea from wearing lenses, i decided it was time to take the plunge. Optical Express were so welcoming and accommodating throughout, from my initial consultation to post-op check ups, I couldn't recommend them enough.”
