“This is one of the best gifts I've given myself. I've had to wear glasses or contact lenses for 30 years and did not realise until now how much they restricted my activities. Now I can do whatever I want, and always feel confident that I can see. No more worrying about losing or breaking my glasses on holiday or making sure I have enough supplies of contact lenses to last the holiday. When I could not see without the aid of glasses or contact lenses I felt vulnerable. Now I don't worry about that anymore. This is a brilliant procedure which does not only improve a person's vision, but their whole life as well. I am very grateful.”

“after a lot of thought, I decided to gor for the treatment, and dont regret it. Treatment is quick and everything is explained clearly. About 4 hours of discomfort after the treatment, but as long as you can lay down somewhere its not too bad. Small price for the benefits received - about 4 hours after treatment I could read etc fine and could get on with my life”

“Lasek surgery: Had a lot of pain and discomfort when going home after surgery, sleepless night that night. 1 day after, pain had subsided, right eye was clear but left eye was still blurry. As the days go on, eyesight gets better each time. Dry eyes weren't really an issue after the first few days. Swelling around the eyelids subsided after the first 3 days or so. By far and away the best decision I have made, was a bit reluctant to go through with it at first, but after having the procedure, I'm am very pleased I went for surgery here at optical express, and would strongly recommend any of my friends who wear glasses to come for a consultation.”

“Vision is great and still improving. Has improved the sports I take part in, football, squash, snooker and pool. My brain is still trying to catch up with my new vision but is not an issue for day to day life!”

“Very happy that I underwent the procedure. From day 1 after the surgery my sight was getting better. Now I can't imagine going back to wearing glasses or contact lenses. My quality of life is much better. I would certainly recommend the procedure to my friends and family.”

“Treatment was very effiecent and well organised, I was given plenty of information to make an informed choicr wether to go ahead with laser eye surgery or not. Surgery went smoothly with no stress whatsoever. Staff were very caring and made me feel at ease when treatment was being carried out. I am very please with the end results and glad I went ahead with the procedure.”
