“The whole experience has been excellent. I no longer remember what it was like to wear glasses or contacts, it seems as if i have always been able to see. The staff have been excellent from start to finish and i have no heitation in recommending the procedure to friends and family. Although initially it feels expensive, my surgery will have paid for itself within 7 years and my lifestyle has improved dramatically.”

“Everything about the laser surgery experience at Optical Express is positive. The staff are super friendly and really knowledgeable. They don't do the hard sell, they seem genuinely interested in you as a person and in getting the best out of your surgery. Can't recommend optical express highly enough.”

“This was the 2nd time i had LASIK surgery. Unfortunately my eyes changed since the last time but the staff at Optical Express were happy to carry out the procedure again. This time i felt a little more discomfort during the treatment but the recovery on the day was better than before. The surgeon who carried out the procedure was absolutely amazing. He explained everything to me during the surgery and made me feel at ease! Since the surgery I have experienced a little more dryness in both eyes than the previous time but have been given a variety of drops to help reduce this - which have worked. Im very pleased with the results and i would definately recommend friends and family to see the team here at Optical Express. Very happy! :)”

“I had natural lens replacement surgery which has given me a new lease on life in my retirement. Wish I had it done years ago. No more irritations like squinting, forgetting spectacles, or rain on glasses spoiling my vision. Well worth the cost, I would recommend this surgery. Excellent follow-up care and check ups during the past 15 months since I had this treatment.”

“Initial concerns were swiftly swept aside. The care and professionalism of the staff is excellent. Eyesight is vastly improved, and the aftercare service is excellent too. I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone who would like to dispose of glasses and see the world again as it should be seen.”

“I chose to have Laser corrective surgery as it was becoming uncomfortable to wear contacts for more than 10 hours per day. Working 12 hour shifts wearing PPE where glasses are a nuisance, the surgery has enabled me to undertake a full days shift, without sore eyes! The fact that I can swim, cycle and climb, get out of bed etc is an added bonus!”

“A good experience. Less headaches. Feel better and look better without glasses. Wish I had done it sooner. The whole experience was almost painless and with a great result. Make-up is easier to apply, my family are very impressed. My daughter-in law is half-way through her surgery and is happy that I suggested to her to explore the option.”

“I've always been a bit funny about things touching my eyes, or interfering with them too much, which is perhaps one of the reasons I've never had contact lenses. My partner was a laser eye patient and when I was approaching my 30th birthday, I decided to go for it. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The surgery was not painful at all, and the recover time, whilst a little painful on day one, was ultimately pain free, and within a few days I had near perfect vision. Now - some 12 weeks after, my vision is perfect! Total freedom from glasses - I can't wait for my summer holiday so I can just rely on one pair of glasses rather than carrying my sunglasses and regular glasses at all times.”
