“Very satisfied with the whole procedure. Staff have been polite and curtious throughout and results have been better than expected. I woke up the morning after surgery and although my eyes were sore my eyesight was better than it had ever been with contacts. As the weeks have past my eyesight has continued to improve. I can now read the bottom line on the eye charts which I could never of imagined doing while wearing contacts.”

“Only really experienced discomfort in the mornings and evenings which I had been told is because I have not been taking my drops so my own fault. Apart from this my sight has been brilliant.”

“The experience at White City was very professional despite my nervousness. The first eye operated on was a pain free experience of colours and shapes (interesting). The second eye, I was less aware of and again no pain. The first week after my first eye op. was a little frustrating as the contact lens which had been inserted into my other eye was not coping particularly well. It was a relief to get the second op done from point of view of clarity. Otherwise, I am recovering fine - 4 weeks later.”

“as an active person i have now gone from contact lenses to nothing at all. and my vision is now much better after the surgery than when i was a contact lense wearer. there is no pain at all during the procedures, just a little discomfort, but it is all worth it.”

“I have had absolutely no problems following surgery, with good sight levels returning within a couple of hours. In teh month following surgery, my eyesight has remained steadily good, with little discomfort from dry eyes or light sensitivity, unlike some others I know. i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the procedure to others based on my experience. i could also not fault the service provided by Optical Express throughout the entire process.”

“I thought about having laser surgery a few years ago, but never got round to it. Now that I have, I wish I'd done it years ago. The actual procedure wasn't painful, there was discomfort for the rest of the day after I had it done (watery eyes etc). All staff were friendly and put me at ease and were able to answer any questions I had.”
