“I have poor eyesight for the last 20 years, following the surgery I feel my life has changed for the better. I was very nervous before the surgery but had noting to worry about, the surgery was painless and quick and by the end of the day i was watching TV with near perfect vision. The results are amazing and much better than I expected, my eyesight is now better than it has ever been.”

“The whole procedure was painless. After wearing glasses and contacts for over 20yrs it is a joy to be without either. Would have no hesitation in recommending this procedure to any of my friends and family.”

“Was very nervous about the procedure but once i had met my surgeon i was put completely at ease. Surgery itself felt as if it was over in a flash with no pain at all. Was given great information. Once the drops wore off on my journey home there was a slight discomfort, but when i shut my eyes it was fine. The discomfort went away pretty quickly..it was a bit like when you chop an onion. Was very surprised that afternoon how quickly my vision was changing and by the next morning was AMAZED. My vision has continued to improve, (which i didnt think it could). Its changed my life, although im still trying to take my glasses off-dont know how long that will take to change as i have worn them for 26years!”

“Being a fire fighter good vision is very important. I didnt realise how much easyer my job would become just by the fact that I had my eyes lasered. The main diffence is when it is raining I can now look at what I am doing as apose to having my head pointing at the ground.”

“I would highly recommend having the procedure done. The surgeon put me completely at ease and talked me through the whole process. My vision was brilliant by the next day. The surgery is painless and very quick and the after affects only last for a day. The aftercare is very good and waking up in the morning being able to see is absolutely fabulous. I used contact lenses prior to the surgery and it is so nice to be able to rub my eyes without worrying that I will loose one in my eye somewhere. I am really happy with the results as I have better than 20-20 vision now.”

“Before surgery i relied on contact lenses or glasses to enable me to do everyday things such as read, drive, shop. The procedure itself was so much quicker than i had imagined and although i experienced discomfort later on that day, i am very pleased with the results so far.”

“leading up to the laser eye surgery i was very nervous. On the day of surgery my vision and general health of my eyes was checked which was reassuring that eye surgery wouldnt be done if there was a problem. The surgeon was very professional and felt that my needs had been catered for during the surgery. Surgery itself was very quick and uncomfirtable at times. After the surgery was a bit of a rush to get me out of the room. Would have been better if there was a dark resting room that we can stay in for at least 10-30 mins because it can be a traumatic experience for some, and the rush to get the next patient in doesnt always help. After care appointments have been really good and helpful that i am getting professional advice about the care of my eyes.”

“Staff very helpfull and polite. I am very happy with the results. The surgery was scary but surgeon and staff were very reassuing. Thank you. Everyone should have a laser surgery instead of wearing glasses - I hope that the cost of the surgery will go down with time as this should be available to every one. I can dive and snorkle now without wearing contact lenses! Thank you ever so much.”

“I had a lovely experience. At first, before the surgery, I was really terrified! The staff was really helpful in walking throught thep peocedure and answering all the questions and concerns I had. The surgery experience was very pleasant, easy and pain free. The care received was up to the epxectations! Thank you Optical Express!”

“the first 24 hours are difficult, staff very helpfull both clinics,ive suffered from dry eyes my main problem, but ya can't beat waking up in the morming been able to see it is so life changing and worth the journey in every way,”
