“I think the service was great, I only had a 2 week wait between the consultaion and the surgery which was alot less than I expected. Vision is perfect since undergoing surgery and has only got better therefater. The staff were brilliant every time I have come in. I just wish i had surgery a year or two ago.”

“Both here in the Merry Hill branch, and at Birmingham, staff have been reasurring, helpful, patient and professional. The whole process has been straight forward, and the discomfort felt directly after surgery has been long forgotten, because the results are incredible!”

“I was very very nervous about the procedure but was put at ease by the staff, the nurses and the surgeon. I was almost hand held throughout the procedure and kepy fully informed of what was happening. It was so quick and pain free to the extent I didn't realise they had finished! The staff allowed me to time to take it in as having worn glasses for 22 years this was the most strange experience ever. The results were clear immediately, and within 2 hours I could see almost perfectly. The aftercare has also been better than expected. The staff are helpful and informative.”

“I was very nervous about coming for the procedure but I was put at ease by the lovely staff here. It was totally pain free. Afterwards being able to see so quickly was fantastic. The aftercare has been great and I would be happy to suggest Otpical Express to my family and friends any time.”

“From the moment I contemplated laser surgery the staff at Optical Express have been fantastic. The procedure isn't painful just a little uncomfortable for a short period of time and the results are amazing, it has changed my life and I bore anyone who will listen how my life is now in HD. “Much easier than I thought - the staff were extremely helpful in answering all my questions which helped reduce any worries and misconceptions that I had about the surgery. Recovery was also much easier than I thought! Had slight discomfort - which was expected but the fact that I had regular check ups in the first few weeks made me feel much better”
