“very please with experience - after surgery initially hurt more than I thought would have taken pills before going in if I had know, no problems at all after a sleep. has healed well, small issue with night driing that is improving all the time. still need glasses for reading but small price to pay for freedom from contacts and all day glasses”

“I was in a world of blurs and darkness. I was unsure. Everything was foggy. Everything was uncertain. Yes, I had glasses, and they helped make sense of my world, but they weren't perfect. They were expensive and made me look nerdy. And then you came along, Optical Express and with your consultations and lasers you fixed me. Now I can see everything. Now I can see the world as it is. I feel like Bartimaeus touched by the hand of Christ. Thank you Optical Express.”

“Excellent service when in each store. Was concerned about the vision in one eye and could not speak to anyone in the Shaftesbury office. Went through to head office a number of times who emailed Shaftesbury to call me but no one did. Had to resort to coming into Shaftesbury for another appointment. Again service for excellent in store.”

“Although I had to get the surgery done twice, it's been a very positive experience. The staff here are very friendly, informative and helpful. It is a daunting experience but they are very reassuring. The whole process was very easy and I constantly recommend it to my friends. It really does make a huge change in your life.”

“I was a little bit anxious before surgery. During the procedure the same. After the operation experienced grit like feeling in my eyes and small bit soreness, took two nurofen tablets and went to bed for four hours. When I woke had no pain at all just some dry eye, and a feeling of something foreign on my eyes, my eyes also were sensitive to light at night and experienced some halo effect around lights. Four weeks on I am glasses free and have better than 20/20 vision. Delighted with the care I have received and the experience.Thankyou Optical Express.”

“Best decision I ever made. Great care before surgery, all explained during surgery what was happening. The after care I got was exceptional and absolutely delighted with the decision to get laser surgery done. Can do lots more activities now that I don't have to worry about glasses. “Everything was as it was explained by the staff and the literature sent out prior to the appointment and surgery. There was no pain or discomfort during any of the procedures. Extremely happy with the treatment and would recommend it to family and friends”
