“Initial appointment went smoothly and I was very excited. On the day of surgery I did not relise the lenth of time you would have to wait, which made me nevous. After surgery, 2-3 in, my eys were so sore that I had wondereed what i had done, however after a further two hours my eyes settled and I would do it all again. The only hiccup would be time keeping and appointments between store and call center, every appointment booked was wrong, on each system.. making me wait each time. No happy with that.”

“It's an absolute joy to be able to get up in the morning and see clearly out of the window at my garden and then to be able to walk down stairs without fear of falling due to varifocals. I now long to go back to the Giant's Causeway and be able to walk about without fear of falling.”

“Working in a gym it had become increasingly difficult for me to recognise members without wearing my glasses. Since surgery I can see my members without problem and am enjoying not having to wear glasses all the time especially when driving and when out walking. I still need them for reading but not for cooking, gardening and I can even see to apply make up- no problem!”

“fantastic staff , fantastic care and would highly recommend it to everyone !!! Should have gotten it done when i had first thought about it - can't believe I waited a year to have to courage to do it . It's so quick and a life changing experience. I've more confidence and people have noticed a spring in my step !! If your thinking about it - as Nike would say JUST DO IT Lol !!”

“Throughout the whole process, I felt very well looked after. I felt no anxiety about any aspect of the procedure. I was made feel that I was in good hands and I was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everybody I know. The staff in Optical Express have been more than kind and helpful. The staff in the Clinic likewise. Thank you to everybody.”

“I've been extremely happy with the experience overall and would have no hesitation in recommending the treatment and Optical Express to others. My vision is now better than when I was wearing glasses and contact lenses, significantly better than I expected. I suffered absolutely no discomfort during the procedure and was well informed about what to expect beforehand during the initial consultation and again immediately prior to the procedure. Can't recommend it enough.”

“A great experience that i would recommend to anybody. There is discomfort in the first fewdays, so just have to sleep through it, and then the improvement is fairly rapid after that to becoming perfect. Very pleased”
