“After thinking about Laser Eye Surgery for many years I finally bit the bullet and decided to go for it and know I can honestly say "Why did I not do it sooner?" It truely has changed my life and im only talking a week and a half after having the Surgery. Let me start by saying how fantastic Optical Express were. They weren't the first place I had a consultation with but they were the place I chose in the end due to them just being so friendly and welcoming from the word go. (and they were cheaper!!) They provided me with so much information and answered all my questions. On the day of the surgery they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and felt at ease. The surgery for me was a very nerve racking experience and one very nice lady even held my (very clammy) hand throughout. They spoke to me throughout the procedure and explained each part as we went along and it really does only take less than 5 minutes on each eye. Once it was all over I was ready to go home, I rested and that evening I was watching tv and was already seeing the results. I can't say that I really experienced any pain. I opted to have the LASIK treatment which is less painful anyway but I was never in any major pain at all (and I have a low pain treshold). On my 24 hour check up I was told that I was already acheiving 20/20 vision which was amazing. My vision is now better than it ever was with contact lenses or glasses and I couldnt be happier. Thank you to Optical Express for giving me my new eyes and I would 110% reccommend them to anyone and everyone.”

“Through out the entire procedure, I've felt like a valued and individually recognized customer. The clinical staff are all great and extremely friendly, putting me at complete ease about everything and anything the entire time. My check ups at Milton Keynes were great, mainly due to the positivity and genuine friendliness of my optician.”

“Although I found the prospect of the puffer and eye drops discomforting, I mainly was pleased with the procedure, and the results are certainmy beyond my expectations. Even more impressive is that I have experienced little to no side-effects, save for two days of itching. Would highly recommend this surgery to anyone considering it.”

“I am so happy that I can see so well. For years I spent lots of money on contact lenses but to no avail. I no longer panic in airports, streets etc beacuse I can see so well without glasses or lenses. Driving is now a pleasure and in general I am a much more confident person. Thank you so much to Optical Express Belfast, a great bunch of friendly and professional people, they were almost like 'great friends'”

“The decision to go ahead with laser eye surgery turned out to be a brilliant decision. Like most people I was apprehensive, but the staff made me feel as comfortable as possible and were very reassuring. On the day of the surgery I was naturally nervous, but the procedure is so quick and painless - much easier than expected. After the initial discomfort (which only lasted for about the first day) I could feel some improvement (although I will admit to some concerns as close up vision did seem to be struggling). But those concerns were gone within a few days, and at my week follow up I knew my sight was much better than it had ever been. Now I have better vision than ever with no problems at all. I still find every day I appreciate the improvements in my life - no more squinting, no more wiping raindrops from my glasses, no more fogging up... life without the annoyances of glasses is wonderful. My thanks to everyone at Optical Express for their very kind and friendly service, it's been great! :) Rich”

“I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and aftrer care I have recieved at Optical Express. My eye sight has vastly improved from before my surgery, and I am experiencing a much better working life, now that I am not encumbered with glasses. I would definitely recommend Optical Epxreess to anyyone considering eye surgery.”

“The best thing I have ever decided to do, it truely has changed my life in more ways then I could possibly have imagined! I can not stop looking around me, at all the details of the world that I couldn't see before. It is truely like seeing the world in 3D! Awesome and I can't recommend it highly enough!
