“Having laser surgery has changed my life. I would definitelty do it again if i had to. The procedure is quick and painless, and the benefits after make the little discomfort afterwards absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.”

“Very happy with the customer interaction of the staff throughout pre and post operative visits. Minor 1/2 hour waits to be seen might annoy less patient people than myself. Surgery is a distant memory due to the ease and comfort that I experienced in store. All side effects and discomfort I experienced where fully expected due to the knowledge imparted by the staff and were therefore easier to overcome. Just wish I had done it earlier in my life.”

“My experience has been good; I have been well looked after by both the staff and surgeons of Optical Express. I very much enjoyed paying with Vouchers as it meant that Elaine had to count them all one by one! As far as recommendation goes, I wouln't recommend any toher companies for eye surgery apart from optical express as I have heard too many stories of cheap treatment going wrong. Thank you very much!”

“I am very happy with my sight now,though I am experiencing some glare. The procedure was very fast, though quite uncomfortable for the rest of the day afterwards. I didnt realise my eyes would be so bloodshot for approximatly 2 weeks, which was unpleasant. Otherwise it has been very good.”

“My distance vision was supposed to be corrected and I would need ready readers. After the first surgery my distance vision wasn't good but I could read. After the enhancement I could see distance and I read without glasses.”

“My experience was better than expected. I was extremely nervous on the day of the surgery but the staff calmed me down and encouraged me through the treatment. I can now do all of the things I did before but without the hassle of worrying about my contact lenses or glasses causing me any problems.”
