“I was very nervous but after speaking to staff on the phone when I initially booked the surgery I felt a lot better about it. The surgery was so quick I couldn't believe it, there was no time to be nervous.”

“As stated above I have found all aspects of my treatment to be excelent - very helpful staff and I felt confident that the best care was being offered. Details of treatment was always explained and staff did their best to put me at ease at all times.Good value for money particularly as I am very happy with results Only complaint would be trying to telephone into the Harley St branch - always ended up with call centre. Staff there very helpful but couldn't answer questions and had to email store.”

“All staff have been extremely pleasant and helpfull during and after the laser treatment explaining each process clearly. They took time to answer any issues or concerns and have gone out of their way to make suitable appointments for me. They have all given and excellent service from start to finish I would highly recommend this branch .”

“Be realistic in your expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The benefits far outwiegh waiting the time needed to adjust. The worst case scenario is that you will still need some correction, but this will be far cheaper and less inconvenient to always wearing glasses. As a former contact lens wearer, some 25 years, the eyes became to dry and this option ceased to be feasible. This treatment is unbelievable when yopu realise you no longer rely on spectacles.”

“Prior to laser surgery I had eye strain and blurred vision, which prohibited me from doing things I used to enjoy such as swimming. The procedure itself was painless and I could see clearly within a couple of days. My vision is now better than 20/20 - I feel young and free again!”

“I was sceptical at first but having had the surgery I only wish I had done it much earlier. Having worn glasses for the vast majority of my life I am still adjusting to life without them but the freedom of not having glasses is such a relief.”

“After my son Graeme had laser eye with Optical Express 4 years ago he has been telling me to consider doing the same. I have finally took the plunge and went ahead on 8th January 13, I now wish I had done it sooner. It is a quick and painless procedure. I am very satisfied with my results. I am 55 years old, no more contacts, no more varifocals, just reading glasses for close work. Rose McLaughlin”
