“A few years ago I had braces fitted which cost much more and took a year or pain, discomfort, regular appointments, not to mention teeth removed and the cosmetic disadvantage.I will wear a retainer forever. By comparison, this cost less, was much quicker, easier, and gave instant results.”

“I was very nervous and worried and had been thinking about laser eye surgery for about 3 years. On the day of the surgery I was shaking, the staff were friendly and tried to re-assure me. In the surgery I did find it uncomfortable but not painfull, it was a strange feeling. After surgery my eyes were extremely red but I could see better almost straight away. The redness did not clear up for a few week but this was purely cosmetic. Now my eyes are brilliant and I would do it again in a minute to be able not to wear glasses again. Thank Optical Express!!”

“the staff were very friendly from the front door to the operating room. the surgery itself was very quick and pain free! worth every minute and penny. i was nervous before the operation but the staff are friendly and the surgeon answered all questions i had before i went into the operating room!”

“I had a minor complication post-surgery and it has been very rapidly and effectively dealt with. All staff have been attentive and kept me well informed. The corrective treatment was thoroughly explained and the post-treatment care has been exemplary.”

“Although I was tentative at first, the staff soon put me at ease. They explained the entire procedure to me and explained all available options to me. They were attentive and kind when I was nervous pre-op. Operation went better than expected and very happy with outcome. I've encouraged friends and family to follow in my footsteps!”

“The surgery was very quick and painless, all the staff were lovely and supportive. The only problems I had was not being able to open my eyes properly after the surgery and then feeling a stinging sensation for about 4 hours directly after the surgery. However this was worth it for my now perfect vison. The check ups following have been usefull to track my progress.”

“My op days were good experiences with reassurance from staff and good customer care. Follow up care was excellent by doctors/opticians. I felt any concerns were listened to and acted upon by contacting the professor when there was a concern..My only negative comment would be that in Southampton I have nearly always had to wait for my appointment and on one occasion over an hour with very little apology. However today has been fine.”

“Apart from about 3 hours of quite significant discomfort after the surgery everything else about the process was problem free. My eyesight settled down vey quickly and was better than 20:20 within a week. I've just been skiing 3 months later and it was so great not to have to mess around with lenses etc.”
