“We ordered two arrangements for a family funeral by looking at the website pictures. We spoke directly with a person to order them. We ordered the same arrangements but with different colors of flowers. Firstly the flowers showed up late and not prior to the Visitation as promised. The flowers that were delivered were not the same type as what was ordered and both arrangements were exactly the same in flowers and color. To top that only one card was sent with both family's messages on the same card. We complained to a representative of Ottawa Flowers and although she was sorry offered nothing in compensation for all the mistakes. Very disappointed with a company that we personally, our Community Association and our Community in general has ordered from for years.”

“Ordered Friday for delivery on Sunday. Received an email Sunday night almost 7pm saying a delivery was attempted but couldn't be complete. The reason for the notice at 7 on Sunday was that the type of flowers ordered weren't available. - no call or email earlier to make alternative arrangements, first opportunity was the day after delivery was scheduled.”

“I was very impressed with the follow up emails I received notifying me that the arrangement I ordered was on route and then another email confirming they had been delivered. I have used this company on three occasions and each time I was impressed.”

“Amazing service! Polite efficient and reliable with quality fresh flowers! I order for my daughter all the time. I live 5 hours away from them and every time I put in an order it was always completed with accuracy and efficiency! They are the only flower store I trust and appreciate in the ottawa area!”

“Ordered pink and white ranunculus and was told three hours before the delivery was to occur that there were no more pink ranunculus available, but that the order could be completed with white ranunculus and pink roses. I said fine, but when the arrangement arrived it was all roses, with no ranunculus in sight. And then the arrangement wilted within a few days, despite my efforts with flower food and water. Not impressed, and will be unlikely to order from you again.”

“I was disappointed by OttowaFlowers because their website is not accurate. The inventory they say they have available is not accurate, the floral arrangement I selected which was available on the website turned out to not be available and I was not given a refund option. I was also not pleased that if the floral arrangement can not be delivered the first attempt they charge you a second attempt delivery fee.”

“They did a great job. Originally asked to deliver to the Civic and then patient moved to Kemptville. Ottawa Flowers answered me right away and redirected the flowers. Sent me an invoice for the delivery fee. Simple. Thank you”

“Your employees do not communicate on time after several text are sent. I asked that my issues be discussed with a manager, no one from your Company ever got back to me. I will never order flowers from your establishment again. You do not know how to provide customer service. I plan to tell those that I know to not order flowers from your business.”

“Ordered flowers before 9:30am today and paid for a delivery before 4pm same day. It's now 6:30pm and the recipient still has not received them. Will they? For the $273 dollars I paid I shouldn't be left wondering. First and last time I will use them. Lucky, there are lots of florists in Ottawa that want and will earn the business.”

“Your delivery person wouldn't go into the box office and therefore the delivery was delayed by a day. They even posted a message that 'the person they spoke to inside..." That made no sense.”
