About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

Whether you're planning a weekend beach trip or the big lap around Oz, getting prepped can feel like a mission. We're here to make it simple. From expert guides and part finders to trusted advice and helpful customer service, we’re your starting point for any off-grid adventure.

We only stock gear we’d use ourselves. From brands like Aussie Traveller, MSA, CampBoss, BLA, Hardkorr, Superior Engineering, Tuff Terrain and Outback Explorer. With over 250 brands on our shelves and growing, we’re proud to support fellow adventurers at every stage of their journey.

Poor communication, items on 2 weeks order, werent shipped after 4 weeks. Items needed to be flighted 6km down the road from supplyer. Asked for refunds.... that too weeks.

It took over 2 weeks to be told my item wasn't in stock. And then after being offered an equivalent product, which I had questions about, noone responded to me for 3 weeks despite multiple follow up emails. My product has finally shipped. Two months later. Oh and then they finally responded to me after my order had shipped...

I am a regular shopper at Outback Equipment and enjoy using their gear. Their freindly helpfull staff answer all my dumb question and help me build my rig.My latest purchase was 3d printed floor mats for my DMax and wow game changer expecialy when going to the beach or tough mudy tracks. Makes clean up super easy.

Little bit on the cheap side with the plastic bowing when tightened up the seal - should be made out of harder plastic or aluminium

You adveritise a product on the net. Then when you go into the shop so sorry we do not have the prouduct it will take 2 weeks to get it if you are likely.
