About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

Whether you're planning a weekend beach trip or the big lap around Oz, getting prepped can feel like a mission. We're here to make it simple. From expert guides and part finders to trusted advice and helpful customer service, we’re your starting point for any off-grid adventure.

We only stock gear we’d use ourselves. From brands like Aussie Traveller, MSA, CampBoss, BLA, Hardkorr, Superior Engineering, Tuff Terrain and Outback Explorer. With over 250 brands on our shelves and growing, we’re proud to support fellow adventurers at every stage of their journey.

“I made a purchases and it was for delivery. I finished the payment and then realised I forgot something. So I made a second purchase within a minute or two of my first purchase. I made a note in the delivery section that this item was to be included in the first purchase delivery, I provided the invoice number for the first purchase. The seller did not send the last item and has told me they will not be sending it. this is why its a 2 star review.”

Hi Fixa, Looking at your order and communication with our customer service team we can see that your original order was already dispatched before you had reached out regarding your second order and after speakinng with you to organise the shipment of this you had refused to pay for the second order - due to this fact the order was cancelled. “Because the tv took so long to arrive and it missed the trip I can’t review the item other than it works. Don’t expect a timely delivery from this supplier as I believe they just order items from other warehouses and don’t actually stock anything. My item took over two weeks to arrive.”

“Hi guys I love the bits and pieces I've bought from outback equipment so far (digital tyre deflators and some sullage bags) the tyre deflator was missing a piece but you guys shipped it to me asap very happy with the products and service ... I've spent the voucher already lol I've got a list a things as long as my arm.... I'm going to ask Santa 🎅 for some gift vouchers for Christmas 🎄”

“We have bought a few things off you guys now for our caravan . I have always found your staff to be very knowledgable and helpfull when asking for advice or assistance on my purchases. Pricing is very competitive and you have always been able to supply within a couple of days. All good quality gear as well.
