“I ordered Ammo you guys had plenty when I ordered it after a week I was told that there was none in your inventory ! I thought it would be nice to be offered something similar, I bet some of your associates brought it home!”

“I placed my order at 4:46pm ET, which is 14 min before close. I requested my order be cancelled the next morning at 9:45pm ET. I received a response from customer service two hours later explaining to me that I would had to cancel within the same business day. This would mean I would have 14 min to cancel my order. Most companies with proper customer service give 24 hours to cancel. Outdoor Limited have lost a customer for life and I will spread the word not to order from them. Terrible company with even worse customer service.”

“I have a G3C that eats pretty much anything. I bought the Atom remanufactured hollow points and thought I was getting a great deal. I tried 3 rounds. The first 2 resulted in a jam. The 3rd was a hard jam which took some time to remove. I'll never buy remanufactured ammo again. Due to Outdoor Limited's no return policy I'm out almost $70.00 with shipping and tax.”

“I did not receive what I ordered. Wasn’t even close and was not given the opportunity to get what I purchased. Very disappointed with this experience and feel ripped off.”

“Shipped incorrect item; ordered shotgun shells and received pistol bullets. By the time my complaint was addressed the actual product I ordered was out of stock and all I got was a “sorry”. Still waiting for my reimbursement a week after my return was received back to them. Definitely will never order again - extremely poor customer service.”

“Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered ammo in November and did not receive it. Their phone number does not work. The website states "Please do not call or email about order status." They are taking advantage of hard-working Americans to fill their pockets illegally.”

“I never received my ammo, I reached out out to FedEx and they still haven't responded. It's an ammo crisis I'm pretty sure the driver stole it or delivered to the wrong address. It said delivered on November 14th but it wasn't I was home all day.”
