I ordered 1000tds of 5.56 NATO. After 11 days THEY cancelled my order do to a "warehouse glitch" that incorrectly reflected available inventory that in reality they could not fulfill. I will NEVER buy from these people again...

I ordered this November 13th, it is currently December 5th and have not recieved my order. I understand people are buying large quanties of ammo, but if they claim it could take up to 4 days, I expect it to ship up to 4 days after I order it. They e-mailed me asking for a review, here it is.

I paid for rush shipping but my item did not ship until after i was to receive it and the company refuses to give me that fee back stating it was my fault it did not ship on time! Actually it was there fault for not listening to their voicemails! They only shipped it out after I emailed them asking for a full refund!

Package "Lost" and no one bothered to inform me until I emailed and inquired about where my order was! Label was printed for UPS but UPS never received the package. 1st and LAST time to order from Outdoor Limited!

Well I never received my package, and there's and investigation going on it's a been a few weeks. I really can't elaborate at this time!

I purchased this and it took over 2 weeks to try to get delivered. I was moving and they wanted to charge me more money to change address mid shipment. Then I was told they couldn't do that. Customer service did not provide any quality alternatives or solutions for the issue. I will no longer be doing business with Outdoor Unlimited unfortunately.

I ordered this three weeks ago and have still not received it. When I inquired about it the first time they said that I would have to wait for a week before they could ask fedex to look into it. The second time I inquired (a week later) they said they would ask fedex to trace it to find out if it is lost or stolen. The third time I contacted them to see what progress has been made and at that time they said that they would have to wait 12 days then would issue a refund. So at this point over three weeks later I still have no product and have no money to replace it until almost another to weeks at which time I will have to order again (will absolutely be from somewhere else) and wait for that order to ship. This situation happened with another company and the first time I contacted them to let them know I had not received the items they immediately contacted fedex then got back with me and let me know they would ship out another order which they did that day and it arrived the next day. That is how costumer service is done!

I paid 14 dollars shipping on a 15 dollar purchase and it took 2 weeks to receive merchandise otherwise I won’t know till I shoot them

Disappointed in you, but also disappointed with myself. I purchased this from you because it was available. I drove roughly 8 miles from your facility to a local sports store and purchased two boxes of the same ammunition for the price I paid for one box of your’s. I wasn’t looking for the ammo (I had just purchased from you). I guess you took advantage of the high demand, but nonetheless charged double. You are the same asshole that charges double for essentials during a storm. The exact same. I understand making a profit, however, I think what you do is unrecognizable. I will not purchase anything from you again.

I never received my order. So I have no idea about the packaging or quality of the product. A Good point goes for quick responses to emails.

I received a very unprofessional email from customer service telling me to never contact them to check on my order. Well don't worry outdoor unlimited I'll never contact you reference my order or tracking number because I'll never make a purchase from your company ever again. How dare you receive my hard earned income and tell me not to call if it's been too long and no shipping information has been posted. This order took twice as long as the same ammunition from guns.com and buds gun shop. My dealings with your company are over. I promise you that everyone that I know inquiring about your company will be negative like the experience you gave me.

The 9mm ammunition I purchased didn’t chamber my Taurus g2c and reached out to the manufacture and I get the run a round or no response not happy with my experience and will not be Purchasing any more products from your company

Sent the wrong ammo and by the time they got around to fixing the problem they were out of the ammo I wanted. Ended up with nothing.

Ordered ammo that was to be in stock. After getting a notice and tracking number I received an email that they could not fulfill my order. Why not ask if they could substitute a similar brand at same cost to fulfill the order. Waited almost 2 weeks for my credit card to be refunded. Not sure if I will ever order from Outdoor Limited in the future.

These bullets don’t fire properly in my 300 Blackout. They keep jamming and don’t eject.
