“I ordered 3 boxes of Fiocchi 357 Magnum Amo on 11/21/2020. I received 3 boxes of Fiocchi Browning 7,62 32 auto on 12/4/2020. I contacted OL on 12/4/2020 by e-mail. I assume that I am still in there Q. Haven’t heard anything from them.”

“When u message someone u don't answer any of the messages. There is no way of changing anything on your account if u mess up the information. Not satisfied with the company and the way the accounts r ran. Will not buy from this company again.”

“UnX39fortunately, I received the shipment but instead of 6 - 50 round boxes of .22 LR, I recieved 6 - 20 round boxes of 7.62X39. Now i am in the middle of trying to get a refund while getting the incorrect material ready for pick up.”

“Horrible customer service 1st and foremost! I order .380 and 9mm and received .22 and shotgun ammo now I will have to wait for over 3 months or longer from the date of order till I get my refund... I would NOT recommend this site to anyone! Stay away there are plenty of reputable online places to go thru.”

“My first and last order with Outdoor Limited/. My order is still screwed up. I ordered 200 rounds of 10 mm Hornady ammo I HAVE NOT RERCEIVED IT YET. WHAT WAS SENT WAS WRONG. I GOT 10 BOXES OF HORNADY 81608 AMMO 6MM ARC 108 GR ELD MATCH. SEND RETURN POSTAGE FOR WRONG AMMO AND RETURN MY MONEY I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT 6 MONTS FOR BACK ORDER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE WE ARE ON THE PHONE HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS”
