“Ordered over three weeks ago said they were delivered and still have yet to get my money or my ammunition. I wouldn't write a bad review if y'all would make it right and get me my ammo plus some!”

“Ordered my ammunition I get an email a week later saying my address was incorrect and my order was on hold. I called customer service and correct my address and they sent me a verification email showing the correct address. A week later I get another email saying my order is on hold due to an incorrect address. Once I got that settled the second time My order is pushed back till March. We will not be buying anything else from this company”

“Ordered a box of .308 ammo, and it never arrived. I was later told they had an inventory issue, and I received a refund. Soooo, can talk about the purchase I never received.”

“Huge waste of time. Time is money and this mishap ended up costing me both. I ordered from 2 different retailers on the same day, similar items, quantity and in stock at the time of purchase. Despite getting a wrong shipment from the distributor, the other site contacted me, worked out a suitable replacement and had the order shipped. This all happened before Outdoor Limited even finished processing my order, which ended up being a completely wrong product, no offer of an exchange even while similar items were in stock while I was messaging customer service and never heard back from them, then was a pain to ship back and took over a week from being signed for by Outdoor Limited to process the refund. All in all, tied up my money for over a month for absolutely nothing. Not even a discount on a future purchase for wasting my time while ammo prices just keep going up or to keep a returning customer. I'll be telling everyone I can to avoid purchasing here if at all possible. Mistakes happen but how it was handled was the cause of this review.”

“Says my order was shipped Dec 1. No way to have tracking info— not provided. No way to find out. Nothing has arrived at of 10 pm on Dec 15. Customer Service form indicates they will respond in 10 days.”

“I have used this Company many times and have gotten exceptional service every single time. They are courteous, well versed on the ammo and supplies that I purchase from them. Best service and non-Contact for those that are scared to death of the Virus that is spreading the area of High Point & Surrounding towns & cities. I will be an even happier customer when i get to come inside and browse the aisles of the establishment. But, right now i am happy with the super fast service I get at the moment.”

“Veery disappointed. I received an email stating my order had shipped and several days later I received another email stating one of the items was out of stock. How can an order ship and then be out of stock? Not good business.”
