“It took almost a full week for my order to be reviewed , was told it was finally ok to ship , then the next day was told everything was out of stock and my order cancelled.”

“I order few times from them before, but my last order was a horrible experience. I tried to cancel my order 12 hours after placing it so I can add few more things so I won’t have to pay for shipping twice and they refuse even when they haven’t even process my order yet. Very bad customer service. Will not be ordering from them any more”

“How about this? If you need a firearms purchase a day how about you ask for one before you complete the order? How about if you ask for one before you ask for credit card information? How about you make it clear and simple and straightforward as well as customer friendly? Your website is none of those good things”

“I inadvertently ordered or was sent the wrong product... I requested an exchange of unopened merchandise and was refused.. Policy or not an exchange, not refund, of unopened merchandise does not seem unreasonable in any situation...”

“AMMO WOULD NOT FIT , CONTACTED OUTDOOR THEY DID NOTHING PUT IT ON THE MANUFACTURE IAM OUT 50 DOLLARS WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN IF THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THERE PRODUCTS!!”

“Got sent the wrong product! And very difficult process to make it right! I told them I would send the wrong product back and mail me the correct product but they wouldn't. I had to send the wrong stuff back and reorder the correct product. Taking my business elsewhere!”

“Misfire on the very first round in a brand new revolver the several more out of 18 tries. Has no problem CCI and no problem with another brand of LR. Not worth the cheap price! You get what you pay for!”

“It is a shame that your company and others price gouge customers on ammunition prices. I should have canceled my order but I didn’t, luckily I found the ammunition in other locations at half the cost you are asking. Shame shame in your cmpany”

“Did not receive ammo that was ordered. Was told I could send back for a refund but still no guarantee of getting the correct ammo. Probably won’t order from here again.”

“They did most things okay. However they shipped with UPS who delivered to wrong address. From that point on their customer service was a disaster. No help. Kind of tough luck to me. Finally it was shipped back to Outdoor Limited. They refunded me only the price of the item. It would seem that as a company they would have done better. So beware if you have issues.”

“Ordered over three weeks ago said they were delivered and still have yet to get my money or my ammunition. I wouldn't write a bad review if y'all would make it right and get me my ammo plus some!”
