“I know there is an issue with shortage of ammunition but shame on me (not sure what I was thinking) for paying $70.00 for one box of .380auto. Never again will I order from Outdoor Limited”

“I ordered 100 rounds if PMC 223 boat tail and after a week it finally “shipped” which is whatever I understand that with the high demand. But then i got a notification saying the package was delivered and I never got it. I tried calling customer service and each time they hang up. The package wasn’t delivered to the wrong house either as I’ve gone to my whole block seeing if they got such a package. Im VERY disappointed.”

“I’ve made three orders. One was shipped via ups and it shipped and arrived great. My other two orders shipped via fedex and they are lost. Not very happy. Called to see and no one will return my calls. 600$ I’ve spent to not get my orders.”

“Around Christmas time I found this site and saw that they still had some ammo, so I ordered around 12 boxes and was expected to see them around January 5th. A couple of days later they sent me an email saying that there was a problem with my shipping information and that I had 2 days to confirm my address or the order would be cancelled. Nothing wrong with this email besides the fact that they sent it to my promotions tab in my email which I rarely ever check. By the time I saw it and confirmed it, it was too late and they cancelled my order. I will say this though, they do have very kind and quick responding customer service but I wish I got my ammo..”

“40% percent of the ammo I bought would not fire, That is not an exaggeration. Upon requesting a refund they told me it "sounded" like a manufacturing defect and directed me to contact the manufacturer for a refund. I reasoned that would be like paying you grocer for a can of Del Monte peaches and upon discovering the peaches were moldy in the can being told by the store to ask Del Monte for your money back. Long story short this is small company, with a small staff, who all have big egos. Do not buy from them.”
