“Ordered some 7.62x54r ammo that was supposed to be lead core (stated on the box) but once i received it and checked the ammo it wasnt. The ammo i received came in the correct box (red army standard lead core) but the rounds were not red army standard ammo. The rounds in the box were tulammo steel core. I emailed outdoor unlimited and there solution was for me to contact their distributor. What a joke! Cant even fix there own problems and trying to give me a run around. Not ordering from here again, thats forsure.”

“Crappy I ordered 150 rounds of 9mm and multiple rounds were defective. I reached out to them to resolve the issue and they never reached back out”

“You said my items had been shipped. When I checked your shipping app it said they had not been picked up. After I sent an email about not having received my item I was told you had over sold the items and I was issued a refund.”

“TERRIBLE COMPANY! They sent to me the wrong ammo, and it happened because their website was not working correctly. I never even opened it up. Kept it in its original shipping carton and still sealed. Yet, they refused to take it back and send me the correct ammo. They claimed I ordered incorrectly, but that was NOT TRUE! Their website placed my order wrong because it does not work correctly. So they shipped the wrong ammo that I did not order nor want. I can not use it at all! They are terrible to deal with and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!”

“I received an email informing me that OU had .40SW ammo was in stock. I immediately placed my order. About 3 days later I received an email saying my order had shipped. Waited, waiting. About 2 weeks later I receive another email saying " We apologize but unfortunately, due to an error with our inventory system we oversold the items on your order" .”

“Slowest shipping I’ve ever experienced, took my money as soon as I placed my order but took 3 weeks to ship. If you’re going to take 3 weeks don’t take my money for 3 weeks.”

“I ordered 100 rounds of .22 short ammo and when it finally arrived they had sent 100 rounds of .22 LR ammo. My receipt showed that I purchased .22 short, so I was confused as to how this happened. I didn’t try to send it back because it would have been a big hassle for a $20 purchase.”

“No wonder OUTDOORLIMITED is soon to be a dismal failure in the coming online marketplace. You have a fulfillment department that ships the wrong product. Apparently, they don't know the difference between LAP and ball ammo? Then you place the burden on the customer while treating them like dirt. It's a good thing there are hundreds of places to shop. I buy a ton of ammo monthly and would not even consider buying here again. Unless, of course, you want the wrong product shipped to you while they make you wait an eternity to 'maybe' send you what you purchased.”
