“A large order was purchased and charged/paid for and never arrived. They are difficult to resolve when shipments do not arrive; they make the purchasor wait at least 15 days past the date of filing a shipping case, however, they would not provide the shipping case number either. Will not purchase from them in the future. Poor customer service and poor lost shipment managing.”

“Confirmation was sent, shipping label was made and was even given an estimated arrival date. On the day of the estimated delivery date I was sent an email saying they oversold my order and then took over a week to refund me. Ammunition was already overpriced but thought I would give them a try. I made a mistake...”

“Ordered a case of shotgun shells , they had 30 some cases available when ordered . Matter of fact they emailed me telling me that they had them in stock . Paid my money . They said they shipped . Week later still didn’t receive them . Emailed them back and they said mail was slow . Called fedex and they haven’t received them yet . Emailed outdoor limited back and they went from being shipped to didn’t have any and finally credited my card back . No I won’t order from them again . Bad customer service left message to call me about 3 times and they didn’t . I’m done with them”

“Ordered ammo, order was processed and confirmed. I waited 2 weeks for delivery, then received an email claiming they “over sold “ my ammo and it is no longer available and my credit card would be refunded. Lost my business forever, will never buy from them again.”

“It took a very long time to ship even though my card was charged immediately. Then it took even longer to receive it even though I had paid a premium for shipping. I ordered a similar item from another vendor that was farther away from me two days after I placed this order with Outdoor Limited, paid the same for shipping as I paid with Outdoor Limited and received it days before Outdoor Limited even shipped this order. I know our government has shamefully made a huge mess of things this year for small businesses and I feel for all of them, but that's not an excuse for poor performance. Some are able to step up and take care of business as my example here clearly shows, but some like Outdoor Limited are not.”

“my purchases were processed and shipped and I received what I ordered in a fairly decent time frame considering there was a weather delay and overly long processing time, a few boxes of ammo was crushed and opened with individual rounds loosely in the box, I wonder if the insurance I bought for the packages is supposed to cover this?. but, the day of the Senate vote, I watched the 7.62 ammo go from $370.00 a case up to $650.00 per case in just 2-3 days, for the plain old steel case...smh that is absolutely shameful, distasteful and I think it was planned to gouge on that day. Sad and dark things are being done.. the greed displayed by Outdoor Limited has shown me about the kind of company it is. I am no longer a customer and never will be again. Also will make sure everyone that sees my vlogs and all I talk to is going to know about the price gouging and greed from Outdoor Limited.”
