Tried to order 300 win mag and received 300 wsm. Contacted OL and the stated that they wouldn't fix it due to "no return" policy. Looked at other reviews from past months and saw the same problem with other orders, but yet the got to send theirs back and some were even given return labels. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the correct ammunition. Very poor customer service and I should have read all of the previous reviews. Not a good place to do business with. I am now out over 200.00 on something that I can't use.

I ordered some ammo and tried to cancel it within 10 minutes of ordering the ammo. Outdoor Unlimited sent me an e-mail the next day refusing to cancel the order, saying that the ammo was already shipped. I tracked the order and it was not shipped! Additionally Outdoor Unlimited promised delivery by Dec 24th. What a joke. I did nor receive the ammo until a week later. (Disappointed grandson) I will not buy from Outdoor Unlimited ever again. I have them in mind if I am ever asked for a reference.

I ordered ammo based upon the description on the website which clearly indicated (3 X) or 3 boxes for 59.99. I called customer service, and they were not kind nor helpful.

I did not get the two boxes of Winchester 30/30 ammunition which was ordered but instead got two boxes of Winchester 9mm luger 200 rd range packs. I can use the 9mm rds so I didn't initiate a return, but still need the elusive 30/30 rds which I was contacted by outdoor unlimited that they were now in stock?? I was on a waiting list for them quality control on shipments seems to be lacking....

The box of 38 specials was squished and torn and most of the bullets were all over the box it was shipped in. That packing material was pretty worthless. I now have those bullets in a ziploc baggie.

I'm delighted that I was sent a review request of outdoorlimted.com. This was absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had with an ecommerce retailer. I've had a credit card with my bank for over 30 years now and this is the first time ever that I've had to file an actual dispute. I ordered ammo late Sunday and was greated by email Monday morning that the order was processed and "Shipped"! Ammo has been hard to find but even though I was paying a premium for range ammo, the fact that it already shipped was pleasant. Then I noticed that it hadn't actually shipped ... but instead, only a shipping label was created with a UPS tracking ID. I suspected something odd but waited until Wednesday (3 days later) before doing anything. On Wednesday, I checked with UPS and they still showed that they had not picked up my package from outdoorlimited. When I contacted customer service at outdoorlimited, they responded ... and I quote ... "UPS won't scan packages when they pick them up from us as we ship out on large palettes and they do not have the time to scan every single order". I'm pretty sure UPS has a process for scanning each package they're picking up ... it's what they do. I'm speculating that outdoorlimited did not have the ammo in stock and simply printed a shipping label. To make matters worse, they lied about how UPS picks up deliveries from their warehouse (c'mon man, 3 days after picking up the order UPS still hasn't scanned the package?). If they would have just cancelled the order I would have walked away a bit irritated ... but wait, there's more! They then tell me they're going to have the package returned to the outdoorlimited (it hasn't even shipped!) and that I'll be charged for shipping (15 bucks). At this point I'm thinking "this cannot be a real employee at a real business responding like this to a customer". But it is. Finally, after a short back and forth I tell them to cancel the order and that I would dispute any charges they make on my card. They said they would cancel the order and charge me for shipping. I repeated I would dispute any charges ... they responded "Ok your refund will come from them [bank]. Please contact them for any further information regarding the refund for your order". But wait, there's more! Outdoorlimited never refunded my purchase like they said they would. Outdoorlimited said it would take 7 days for the refund to process. I waited almost 2 weeks before finally disputing the charges with my bank. My bank (JPMorgan/Chase) refunded my full purchase within 48 hours which makes me wonder if outdoorlimited isn't on their radar. Your mileage may vary with outdoorlimited ... but good luck. For me? Never again will I do business with this company.

I paid $170+ dollars on a order of 7.62 and .40 ammo and did not receive. Yet I was told it was delivered. I checked my cameras and there was no delivery in sight. I find it very weird. If this was FedEx’s fault, y’all need to switch shipping companies. I’m very displeased.

Very Poor Service I had a good customer service girl at first than got a guy that didn't no nothing didn't wanna understand what I was talking about canceled both my orders when my first one never even showed up Bs COMPANY DO NOT BUY Guy has no customer service Is Straight rude and didn't wanna take the time to figure out what I was talking about !!!!

Got charged triple. They took advantage of ammo shortage and jacked their price. Found same ammo next week for way cheaper😡 wont buy here again
