“They cancelled my order on me without any real reason. I waited half a year or longer for this product on back-order and suddenly it's cancelled. Very shady and do not recommend them.”

“Received BOTH orders today. Order for six boxes of 9mm ammo. ONe FULL BOX SHORT ! ! ! ?????? Got five full 50 shell boxes and seven shells loose on the bottom of the box and the 50 shell container for them was SQUASHED. 43 shells missing ! EXPECT a full 50 shell box - PLEASE ! ! ! Caton this order came in was Cracked open at its seems, DIRTY, scuffed - looked like it went thru a WAR ! ! ????????? Second order for 3 50 shell boxes of 9mm ammo dropped off SIMULTANEOUSLY. Person did not ring bell - left boxes in unproyected weather area ! !. This carton, also was cracked open at its seams ( ? ? ? ? ) and looked like it went thru a WAR ! ! In this carton found two boxes of ammo - 50 shells per box. Then, there were FIFTY SHELLS on the bottom of the carton ( I had to count them ! ) and a squashed 50 shell product box, and the plastic shell holder ( for in this box ) which was all cracked and broken into pieces - so it could not hold shells ? ? What a MESS ! ! You should send me several boxes of 9 mm ammo for all this aggravation ------ including WAITING AND WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY, FIRST OF ALL - and now getting SHORTED ! ! and getting loose shells and very poor packaging and handline and VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE. Nick Russo land line 484 291 - 4499. I don't have a cell phone - won't be sending photos. I don't need tpo PROVE this, do I ? ? ? If you insist, I have a regular camera, and I'll get thephotos deveoled at a photo shop and theen mail ( U.S. Mail ) you the photos. Please advise . PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME GO THRU THOSE HOOPS. “shipped the wrong item .. emailed them pictures of the shipment ... no response ??? never got the items order #1029561 Instead of 3 boxes of 7.62X39 I received 1 box of cor bon 380 which I didn't even order”

“You take advantage of people who wish to stay safe including the purchase of ammunition, in times of pandemic, elections, and civil unrest. You were overpriced on, and cannot believe 22 caliber of all things. Yes, we could not find it locally BUT! Please remove me from your mailing list and I will never purchase from you again.”

“Had to cancel my order and they refused to refund my money. Claimed they couldn’t put back on card because it had expired. Fun thing is they waited until after it had expired to attempt. Then refused to send check.”

“I purchased the exact same ammo, same brand, and same number of rounds from Buds Gun Shop and paid $84.58 less. Your price was $112.67. Buds price was $28.09. I don't recommend you at all after ripping me off. See packing slips in attachment for prices and description.”

“They price was way to high for a box of 50 380. Rounds it should have been around 26 dollars but I was charged $100 for 50 rounds won’t be buying from here again”

“You wouldn’t return the voicemails I left, there has been no communication whatsoever. You had a problem, I answered it and you still didn’t send my ammunition! I’m reporting this purchase as fraud because I paid and STILL haven’t received my items 3 weeks later!”
