“I never received my item which was placed on November 9. I paid 25 for them, 13 for shipping and 3$tax. I need the refund. Someone already opened a case pertaining to not receiving an item. So that’s why I gave Ourdoor Limited a horrible review. I’m sLeo contacting the Better Business Bureau about your extreme lack of costumer service and refusal to rebate my money or send the item. I’m highly disappointed in Outdoor Limited.”

“Purchased ammo that said it was I. Stock then took almost a month after them telling me my order was lost and now they were out of stock. 3 more weeks for a refund”

“I have been a huge fan of your store over the last couple of years. However, recently y'all have lost your friggin minds with your prices. Other online retailers have kept their prices somewhat reasonable, you gone of the chart.bi can order from them and pay shipping and still save alot of money over picking up in person by buy from you. It will be very hard for me to come back to you as a loyal customer.l”

“This outfit demanded they wouldn't ship ammunition to my PRIVATE UPS STORE BOX that I've had for over twenty years as UPS doesn't deliver ammunition to a PRIVATE UPS STORE BOX address. Total b******t, as I've been receiving ammunition to this PRIVATE UPS STORE BOX address as long as I've had the address and UPS and FedEx deliver where they're told to. Don't rely on these people knowing what they're talking about; they don't (and I reordered my ammunition order from another supplier I do business with that got ammunition in, in the meantime, without a problem and saved two-hundred dollars over Outdoor Limited's pricing to boot). These guys might be okay for bows and arrows and boots....”

“Very disappointing so far. Wait the 5-7 days for item to ship, final seen item shipped only to find out it was lost . I was than told I would have to wait another 14 days while a claim was being disputed with shipping company which will not be finished until December 4 . I am a first time customer how do you think I should review your company a this point.”

“They only shipped 1 of the two items as if both were there. I had to write them an email to let them know. If I hadn't I doubt I would have gotten a refund. End the end they said we're sorry but we are out of stock. Pretty ridiculous.”

“I placed this order but cancwllwd a few hours later prior to notification of being packaged for shipment. The order did get cancelled but with a response of something like we will cancel this order one time as a courtesy. Well tha k you so much for doing something you should do every time. If a customer cancels an order prior to shipment then they should have that right every time. Here is my one time courtesy to you! I will never order ANYTHING from you ever again nor will I recommend your company. Also as a bonus I will bad mouth your company till the day I die! Your welcome and that is just a one time courtesy from me to you. Wish I could give zero stars as that is what you deserve for the poor customer relations.”

“I only got 8 boxes of ammo instead of 10.. I emailed them and never got a reply. Please call me back and send me the two boxes of ammo I am missing !”
