“OX CAR CARE LIED! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Upon purchasing an extended warranty coverage, I spoke extensively with the representative Amilcar Archila in length, I was told A claim could not be filed for 30 days or 1000 miles. Unfortunately my car broke down and stopped in the middle of the road on the 30th day however at 1462 miles. 462 more miles then what was stated ( The 1000 miles) to me prior to buying into this scam. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Traverse Ls February 26, 2021. My car is very well maintained every 3000 miles a oil change is being done as required. I've NEVER had any issues with my vehicle. This is the first car I've purchased therefore I've done what it takes to maintain a healthy functioning vehicle! Again it's a 2014 used car! I can not foresee the future however I can be prepared. Hint reason for purchasing the extended warranty. It took 3 days to get my car towed, I had to use AAA to get my car home then had to wait until the weekend was over to get in touch with a person. Then had to go back and forth for 6 hours in order to get my car towed to a ASE certified shop. My car broke down Friday May 6th 2022 my car was not towed through Ox Car Care until that Monday May 9th 2022 at 3:41pm. My car is still sitting in the shop. Upon my vehicle being checked out. The alternator was gone, power steering, as well as the harmonic balancer. However due to the fact that so many things went wrong at one time it requires a special inspection to insure there were no pre-existing conditions. The car is 8 years old with previous ownership! No one has effectively communicated with me. Now I'm still waiting to see if the repairs are going to be covered. They do not listen to what the customers who make sure these people have their cushy salary has to say. Everyone takes everything personal. This is business and my only vehicle is down. AGAIN THIS IS WHAT SOCIETY HAS COME TO IN THE PANDEMIC CRISIS...TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MINORITY DISABLED WOMEN?!”
“I went to get my car fix A thermostat they say they will fix the engine the car dealer said he would have to take the water pump out for the thermostat and they said they will not fix it ox will not fix it But it is part of the engine that’s why I got rid of Cascio and I got rid of them”

“Why doesn't anyone file a complaint with your bank for "False representation" on your payment ?? Your bank will refund or Should refund you on the complaint that you make ! THEY will make the effort to retain their money !! File in small claims court in your area as that is where the situation took place. You wouldn't have to file at where ever there office would be !! And file for "False and misleading information" as well as "Theft of services" and "Breach of contract"! “I switched from another company to Ox care only to be denied my first claim to replace an oil cooler. While lubrication systems are covered it didnt list oil cooler as an specific item. Then when I tried to present a claim for car rental for the time it would take for my car to be in the shop, it was denied because they would not cover the work needed. No help at all. Customer service was polite, but unconcerned. My business was not important to them.”

“I canceled my contract 16 hours after seeing the cost change from what I was told it would be. Funds were taken from my account without my authorization.
According to customer service 11/26/2021 management, those funds were to be credited to my account. 10 days ago.
THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.
Due to the unauthorized funds taken, I have accrued overdraft fees from my financial institution and fees for the returned check from my debtors. This has caused me to miss work and borrow funds from family.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
I contacted customer service, again 12/7/2021. Crystal told me I would not see the credit for 15 working days.”
“I purchase ox car care because they gave me a 30 days to try it 9/27/27 the same day I change my mind I call them back to cancel the person told me I would receive my refund 10 to 15 days I said not business days he said yes business days I call back the next day to make sure it was cancel that person told me the same time frame that time frame has pass I called back this person told me it take 15 to 30 days still no 100.00 in my account I call ask to speak to a manager she said it takes up to 45 days we are larger than a bank she also had the cancel date wrong and hung up Everytime I call VM said they will call back no refund no call back so I call the number of tv this person was very nice said the person 20 min call back”
