“So this is the second and last review on this company. I have a blown engine along with other work that needs to be done, it took weeks for them to send an inspector. Then it took over all most 2 weeks to get in contact with the claims department to find out the delay they said they were going to do something finally. After 2 more weeks I get another call from the mechanic and he said that he was told they were not going to fix the car because my title was salvaged. I don't know where they got this info from but the car only had 1 driver before me and the title was never salvaged. Regardless I don't know what that has to do with anything they just didn't want to fix the car. People save your money you will get Ripped Off.”
“Ox car care has the worst claims department, I have been trying to contact the claims department for almost a month but to no avail. I've left numerous messages and have not received one return call. Also, they sent out an adjuster to inspect the vehicle then ten day later they denied the my claim. Neither customer nor the claims ever answered their phone. I had to call the number I called to purchase the extended warranty in order to speak to someone.”

“Working for a dealership that does not sell this warranty does not help matters. We have been reaching out to them for over 70 days now. The poor client has also been. Neither one of us are getting through and when we do they treat us and the client like idiots. I feel bad for the client they approved so much for his repair then expect him to pay to have the part shipped to our store. I wish the client would have done some research before purchasing this waste of money and paper. You guys are good at collecting but that is where it stops. “They will quickly get you added as a policy holder and the moment you need to file a claim you get the run around. Calling claims gets you to a person just to put you into queue so the call handling will not be accepted as the high number that it actually is. You are then placed on a 10 min hold to be sent to a general Voicemail that no one ever answers back too. The operators who initially answer are rude and will transfer you without any concerns to your issues. As you are speaking they just transfer as though they dont care because there job doesn't depend on any common courtesy”
“Have had Ox since 1/22. Vehicle went in the dealership Friday. Have tried to contact customer service Friday and Monday starting at 11am Eastern time- they’re in California. I have left several messages and the dealership has done the same. No response Other than from their sales representative wanting to add more vehicles to my coverage. My next calls will be to my state Attorney General’s Office - DO NOT call the BBB they have No enforcement abilities. Then to Morgan and Morgan. They love cases like this (I Pray)!!!!”
“I got a warranty for car aux car on last Friday today I called the upgrade my address a phone operating company answers the phone and said they have to relay the message to whoever hire them and so it took me all day to try to get in touch with customer service to change my address so to me that was a red flag and I just went ahead and cancel and told my bank not to give him any more money it's just amazing that these people ripping real people off and there was another company to call call something first so just try to look for the computer on the line where it say the 10 best car services warranty”

What if I really had a emergency, I canceled my service and put a dispute in with my bank to get my $49 dollars back ! “This company is a very dishonest. They sell you the extended warranty,but when you need them to pay they will find a way to get out of honoring the warranty. Then if you want to cancel they tell you to fill out and mail in the information on the booklet page 5 and the bill of service. Then they will pay you a percentage of the difference of the milage. They will do anything to get out of giving youb back any money. I was told that they canceled my policy for non payment. Which I have them in auto pay directly from my checking account which means that I gave them my routing number and my checking account number. Now does this makes any sense how can they say non payment. Andt to top it off I was told that they never received my cancellation form with the original bill that I paid. You're better off saving your money by putting away $200 a month. That's how much I was paying for
months. Very close to having it paid for. These people are nothing but all lier's. Especially if you're on disability only getting a monthly check that's not much. Trying to make sure that IF my car would break down i at least knew that I was covered. Beware people make sure you look into this before buying it. They make it sound like you are going to be well taken care of. NO you will not..”
“It has been 3 weeks and I cannot get anyone in claims to talk to me only get a recording customer service is emailing claims my mechanic shop has emailed claims twice I've called over 30 times this seems like some type of scam they take the money every month and I can't get any help completely unfair”
“My car waited in repair shop for 13 days and the repair shop would not continue to hold the car because they were granting free rental car. The repair shop coordinator emailed OXCar at least four times. I emailed twice a request and as of today 15 days later we have not gotten a decision on repair warranty granted. I called three times and was told to email the request reminder. Other times I was given a recorder with directions . It is as though they feel as if they hold out until you pay for your own repairs while yet paying them for a warrant service. Worst Company yet....”
“I have been calling claims for a week now from a automotive repair shop. I either get hung up on or told they are behind. I’ve never experienced this from any other warranty company.”
