“This company is a very dishonest. They sell you the extended warranty,but when you need them to pay they will find a way to get out of honoring the warranty. Then if you want to cancel they tell you to fill out and mail in the information on the booklet page 5 and the bill of service. Then they will pay you a percentage of the difference of the milage. They will do anything to get out of giving youb back any money. I was told that they canceled my policy for non payment. Which I have them in auto pay directly from my checking account which means that I gave them my routing number and my checking account number. Now does this makes any sense how can they say non payment. Andt to top it off I was told that they never received my cancellation form with the original bill that I paid. You're better off saving your money by putting away $200 a month. That's how much I was paying for
months. Very close to having it paid for. These people are nothing but all lier's. Especially if you're on disability only getting a monthly check that's not much. Trying to make sure that IF my car would break down i at least knew that I was covered. Beware people make sure you look into this before buying it. They make it sound like you are going to be well taken care of. NO you will not..”
“It has been 3 weeks and I cannot get anyone in claims to talk to me only get a recording customer service is emailing claims my mechanic shop has emailed claims twice I've called over 30 times this seems like some type of scam they take the money every month and I can't get any help completely unfair”
“My car waited in repair shop for 13 days and the repair shop would not continue to hold the car because they were granting free rental car. The repair shop coordinator emailed OXCar at least four times. I emailed twice a request and as of today 15 days later we have not gotten a decision on repair warranty granted. I called three times and was told to email the request reminder. Other times I was given a recorder with directions . It is as though they feel as if they hold out until you pay for your own repairs while yet paying them for a warrant service. Worst Company yet....”

“This company is a scam. They will take your premiums but will not pay for any repairs. They are still ahead if you cancel because they made money on your premiums but will not pay for repairs. They will give you excuses like "your claim its under review" but will not give you any timelines. This will go on indefinitely until you cancel. Read the vehicle service agreement ENTIRELY... You have no rights to anything except to cancel. Beware. The five star reviews on this site are fake. I asked Nolan how many claims were approved on the same day they were filed. I submitted 2 claims to this co. they were both denied. the first claim was for an alternator and was for about 4000.00. They claimed the car was 36 miles from getting out of the "pre existing zone which they considered a "pre existing condition and therefore they would not pay.
the 2nd claim was for a transmission because the "check engine" kept coming on. this claim was for over6000.00. They refused to pay this claim because the transmission fluid was not changed according to the manufacturers recommendation was not followed. This car doesn't even have a dipstick to check fluid level in the transmission. Their booklet they send you when you signup is mostly a collection of ways for them to avoid paying claims. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.”
“The commercials are misleading. Who in the world would pay $4300 for a brake repair ? I could replace my entire braking system for $2300, but the whole system would never go out. My parents got the program, waited 6 months to file a claim, they never received their $$. Always a runaround.”

“Oxcare's contract covers two Oil changes per year. On my first oil change, I mailed in the receipt, and they never received it. So, I called and they said to email it in the future which I did and got my refund. My next oil change, which was seven months later, I again emailed the receipt to claims but never got my refund, When I called, they said they will not refund the oil change and that I should have paid the shop directly and called them right then, This IS NOT what they told me to do. They should honor this because it was their mistake. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They have poor communication with their customers”
